除经塔台特殊许可外,在塔台管制区内的飞行,

必须按照仪表飞行规则进行。

Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR

unless special clearance has been obtained from Tower

Control.

起落航线在跑道两侧均可,A类航空器高度600米

(QNH), B、 C、 D类航空器高度900米 (QNH)。

Traffic circuits shall be made to both sides of RWY,

600m(QNH) for aircraft CAT A, and 900m(QNH) for

aircraft CAT B, C and D.
