The study is designed to examine the technology initiation and implementation processes within MUCoE

as a socially constructed reality rather than a physical entity . As a result, the focus of the study

is the interaction among participants in technology int egration and the effects they have on each other and

on the structure ofthe technology integration. The stu dy uses interview, observation and document and artif act collection to learn more about participants and the

ir connections to each other.
