Ingeus’ Story started in Brisbane• Our story begins with a man who suffered a crippling injury.• The prognosis for him was a short life. Refusing to be overcome, he worked until age 65. • That man was Therese Rein’s father.
• His determination taught her that work matters. • Often, all people need are simple resources and encouragement to discover their unique strengths, and to reach optimal independence.
• This inspired Therese to set up Ingeus, as an occupational rehabilitation and injury management company.
• Since 1989 we have grown from one person to an international provider of services to groups as diverse as redundant employees, retirees, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, parents, young people, mature aged people, refugees and migrants.
• We have helped 280,000 disadvantaged people into employment.
• Our commitment to people flourishing is the fundamental principle that binds the Ingeus group.
