They raise small plant lice called aphids for their milk. Ants live in large groups called colonies. Ants also help each other and serve the colony. Each ant takes care of its companions first and then takes care of itself. If there is a shortage of food in the colony, the worker ants starts feeding oth- ers with the food from their reserve stomachs. When there is enough food to eat, they become worker ants again.
