Privacy Act Statement. The filing of this document is required for the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1 9 3 8 , as amended, 22 U.S.C. §61 1 _?/ seq.,for the purposes of registration under the Act and public disclosure. AGREE MENT FOR COMMTJNlGATIOf^ .5ERWGES

The folio wing terms outline an agreement between The N ickles Group, LLC(TNG) and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea ("Em bassy").

1. TNG agrees to provide the following professional public relations andconsulting services to the Embassy:

o Provide legislative strategy and government afiairs services;

d Other issues agreed to by both parties and directed by KOREAN

EMBASSY.

2. The Embassy agrees to compensate TNG for a monthly fee of $25,000 tobe paid on a quarterly basis for all professional services..

3. The Embassy will reimburse TNG for reasonable expenses, such as IdCaltransportation, copying and other expenses incurred in support of theservices outlined in this Agreement. TNG will seek a written consent fromthe Em bassy in advance if such expenses are expected.

4. This agreement is effective for the perio. beginning February I, 2QI3

through December 31,201 3.

5. Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason and at any time.Termination shall not relieve the Embassy of its obligation. o pay any feesthat have accrued as of the effective date of the termination. If thisagreement is terminated by either party, TNG will refund to the KoreanEmbassy the pro-rata share of any advanced quarterly payment of itsretainer.
