Do you need to use English to commutate at work? How important is it for you to use English to communicate?
Ans:
Yes, sometimes there are foreigners coming, so English is very important.
Q2:
With what media and on what occasion do you use English to commutate (phone, conference, email, or face-to face enquiry)? What are the purposes of the communication (books, greeting, answering enquiries, or introduction)?
Ans:
We usually communicate face to face or by telephone. The main purpose is interacting with customers.

What language communication problems do you have? What strategies and resources do you use to solve the problems?
Ans:
Because I can’t remember so many words, I usually use body language to communicate with customers.

I had ever had a course that the teacher came from western country spoken English.
