    Abstract

    This article describes about Kaohsiung city government reuse its lands, adopt bay

    area space, provide quality green public area and bike route, and perform cultural

    events with national level construction on creative cultural ideas, exhibitions, tourism,

    and transportation to incrementally moved the business of the Kaohsiung port to outer

    land. Those events are done in order to make Kaohsiung an internationalize harbor

    City, and gradually improve the urban economic development, raise the visibility of

    Kaohsiung in the worlds, and achieve the fairness between generations.
