Case SWAB - Slightly Wacky Business  

SWAB - Entrepreneurial Thinking and Social Media

 Teams from secondary school, vocational upper secondary school and university of applied sciences compete in a game format solving business challenges.

 Platforms: Google docs, Facebook and Youtube.

 Authentic learning that brings together schools and businesses.

 Requires creativity, problem solving skills, team skills, digital presentation skills and an understanding of business.

Case CuSe - Learning Customer Service Through Roleplay and Social Media

CuSe - A Finnish National Board of Education Learning Environment Project

  A 10-week roleplay involving teachers and students.

  Teams from vocational upper secondary schools.

  Focuses on two modules: customer service and visual design.

  Platforms: Facebook, Soundcloud, Skype and Wikispaces.

  Requires team skills, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, business skills, professional use of social media and knowledge of licensing on the web.
