לפני הקמת המשרד עבדו איתי ואלעד במשך מספר שנים בחברות בתחום הבנייה הציבורית ובמשרדי אדריכלים מהמובילים בארץ שכללו בין היתר שיתופי פעולה בר אוריין אדריכלים'

'רני זיס אדריכלים' ' עמי בק אדריכלים', 'קידר קדמון אדריכלים'.
