: :: : .: .: . . . .AbstractThis study represents the crystallization of some issues and problems concerning the the conflict in the Horn of Africa region, especially the border dispute between Ethiopia and Somalia and its implications on the Arabian vital interests through the following points: First, a preliminary entrance, the site and the importance of the conflict study. Second, the nature and dimensions of the conflict and its causes in the Horn of Africa region. Third: the conflict in the Horn of Africa and its impact on the Arabian national security. The first pillar of this study was the importance of this region (Horn of Africa), and its geographic boundaries, I talked about the history of this region, trying to divide this date to certain time periods for each era, including their characteristics and specifications. in the second pillar I talked about the nature of the conflicts in the Horn of Africa, specially ,Ethiopian Somali conflict. In the third piller I talked about the concept of Arabian national security then I talked about the international political transformations that emerged from the the region's conflicts and what should be done by the Arab countries to avoid the effects of these conflicts..
