Study population (samples): Contains employees in the club of security forces officers in Riyadh who are () employee and () Member . Research methodology: The study depends on the descriptive approach of describing and analyzing data that were collected by ( Questionnaire) for answering the questions of the thesis.

Main results : The researcher managed to notice the following results : - Individuals of thesis are completely agree of the requirements for

applying Six Sigma system in the club of security forces officers in Riyadh.

- Individuals of thesis are agree of the readiness for applying Six Sigma system in the club of security forces officers in Riyadh.

- Individuals of the study are neutral on drawbacks of applying Six Sigma system in the club of security forces officers in Riyadh.
