- the judge is a human being and the judgment may has relevant mistake means to have a mistake in estimate of the realities , and this mistake had effects on his decision and the judgment will not be exists unless the judge fallen in that mistake so the there will be an objection on the judgment in the way of The petition review with the aim of correcting the mistake and elevate it from the injured
