Research Problem : The research problem is summarized in exploring vexatious suits in Islamic jurisprudence and Saudi Law to avoid corruption resulting from disability to differentiate between vexatious suits, false suits and false report according to great similarities among them, although the varried difference of the related rules. Research Importance : The study importance is released from exploring vexatious suits terms and conditions in Islamic jurisprudence and Saudi Law adjacent with complexity resulting form performing a vexatious suit harm others whether by direct vexatious suit or vexatious defence to elongate suit time and enforce victim to approve peace or discontinue suit conflict which may consume long time.

Research Objectives : The research aimed to explain : 1 - Vexatious suits from the point of view of Islamic Jurisprudence and Saudi law . 2 - Differences between vexatious suit, false suit, vexatious complaint and false report. 3 - Vexatious suits rule in Islamic Jurisprudence. 4 - Saudi Law condition from vexatious suit. 5 - Vexatious suit punishment in Islamic jurisprudence. 6 - Vexatious suit punishment in Saudi Law. Research Questions : The research aimed to reply the following questions : 1 - What is the meaning of vexatious suits from the point of view of Islamic Jurisprudence

and Saudi law ? 2 - What are the Differences between vexatious suit, false suit, vexatious complaint and

false report ? 3 - What is the vexatious suits rule in Islamic Jurisprudence ? 4 - What is the Saudi Law condition towards vexatious suit ? 5 - What is the vexatious suit punishment in Islamic jurisprudence ? 6 - What is the vexatious suit punishment in Saudi Law ? Research Methodology : The researcher used the survey documental analytical methodology in the theoritical frame to explore vexatious suits in Islamic jurisprudence and Saudi Law from all aspects, causes, its relation with the similar phenomena, its styles, forms and types. In addition to using case study methodology in studying and analysis some vexatious suits to conclude its actual causes, types, forms and motives. Main Results : 1 - vexatious suit is characterized by negatively using of individual right in judgement and

understanding juristic and law rules in directing false accusations to provide false or abolish right to enforce the other party stop conflict or accept peace at the least or without having his rights.

2 - Vexatious suit must include intentional harmful of the victim through liar suit or through vexatious defence to decrease or refuse to provide him with his rights or trying to get a financial compensation, or morally by harming its honesty with a false accusations express low religious and moral values.

3 - The most common similarities between vexatious complaint, false report and vexatious suit are : each of them based upon accusations and liar, each of them directed to infect a special individual with a financial and moral harmful effect and a punishment is applied upon everyone commit each of them.

4 - The Islamic jurisprudence, Saudi Islamic court law and Saudi criminal procedures law are agree in applying a punishment upon every individual present a vexatious suit or vexatious defence to prevent from continuing in presenting vexatious suits or vexatious defence, beside providing the victim with the right to have a financial compensation upon request.
