Short message
Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings of Allah be upon prophet Mohammed. This is a thesis for a masteer degree from the faculty of Islamic law and Islamic studies. The title of the thesis is (Tatimat AL-Ibanah an Forooh Ahkam AL-Diyana) by Abu Sa'ad Abdul Rahman Bin Maamon AL-Motawali (٤٧٨ – ٤٢٦H) From the beginning of the tenth chapter about erasing on alkuf to the end of the eleventh chapter about Altiamum from AL-Taharah book. This quotation is from the valued academic books which contains on most prevalent sayings and faces in the Shafyee belief and it from the comparative jurisprudence books. The writer mentions the quotations of the Four Imams and diligent Mujtahedin whether through the for common beliefs Juristie dogma such as abu Youssef, Mohammed Bin AL-Hassan and Zufer and opinions of diligents Mujtahedin such as Al Nakhi and AL-Zwhri and their evidences and then explains them. As this book comprises of the few Hadiths and actions. While my research I trusted on three copies: From Egyptian book house. The message contained on the preface and other two sections. In the preface I explained the reason of choosing this quotation and my method of research. I made the first section for study. The second section comprises of the text of certain codex. And endnotes so that readers can go to the contents of the book for reference purposes. The book is important because it's author's importanc who is from Shafi schools. And he is an authority on this field. Therefore, the book's contents were abundantly quoted in Shafi books. Many scholars trusted the book and were very interested in it. May Imam Motawali rest in peace and may Allah have mercy on him and on all Muslims. and blessings of Allah be upon prophet Mohammed.
