Knowledge Management for judges

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to link knowledge management to the function of the judges in accordance to
the exactitudes of al-Siyasa al-Shar'iyya when applied in the field of the judicial function and a
summary review how judicial knowledge work has evolved epistemologically and how it is to be
administered.
In addition, the study reveals the cognitive tools that have been used by Muslim Scholars and Judges
and how they organized intellectual knowledge in this field.
This study, also summarize how to harmonize knowledge management to improve the cognitive
performance of the judges, focusing on the administrative requirements. It describes the knowledge
function of the judges and how to develop it in order to achieve the purposes and intent of the
judiciary in Islam.
