    @reena They both create gas, which makes baked goods rise. Each containssodium bicarbonate, an alkaline chemical that gives off carbon dioxide whenmixed with an acid. Baking soda consists purely of sodium bicarbonate, sorecipes using it must include an acidic ingredient like lemon juice, buttermilk,or brown sugar (the molasses in brown sugar is acidic) to activate it. Bakingpowder contains some baking soda, cornstarch to keep it from clumping, andone or more acidic salts, which act as the activating/neutralizing agents for thebicarbonate. For eg: baking soda to be used for dhokla , n baking powder forcake , naan etc

    hi Nisha ji, jaise maine apko bataya tha mein jis city mein rehti hoon wahasarso ke patte nahi milte aise hi yaha kulche bhi bahot rarely milte hai...cholebhature bahot mil jate hai. lekin chole kulcho ka apna hi taste hai..aab mein isisaturday chole kulche banaongi..aur apne husband ka feedback apko jaroorbataongi..

    madam, kulche ke sath chole va pyaj ki chutney ki recipe bhi bataye. kayokiunke sath hi inka taste banta hai. aap ne jo chole ki receipe dali hai uska va inchole ka taste totally different hota hai. ve log mote chole use karte hai. aurchutney bhi shyad payaj, nimboo, tamatar, imli ki hoti hai. jaisa ki khane sepata chalta hai.

    nisha ji, imli ki chutney kai parkar ki banti hai. kisi jagah kisi tarah ki milit hai.so please upload video of different type of imli ki chutney. kuch bhut gadhi hotihai kuch bhut patli aur taste bhi differeent type ke hote hai. ek lal mirch aurkalonge, sauf mix karke urad dal ki chutney banti hai vo market me log uraddal ki cachori ke sath milti hai vo bhi upload karo. thanks in advance.: , , ( ) , .
