분쟁의 평화적 해결. 분쟁 (international dispute) 이란 국제법주체간의 분쟁으로서 국제법상의 법률관계나 국제정치상의 이해관계에 관한 국가간의 의견대립 또는 충돌로서 일방당사자에 의해 주장되고 타방당사자에 의해 거부 또는 부정되는 일정한 작위 또는 부작위의 상태를 의미한다 . 다시말하면 “법 또는 사실의 문제에 관하여 의견을 달리하는 것 , 즉 두 주체간의 법적 견해 또는 이해관계가 충돌하는 것이다” . - PowerPoint PPT PresentationTRANSCRIPT
