DESCRIPTION
Μία ζεηξά ζεκαληηθψλ ππνζέζεσλ δηαθζνξάο ζηνλ ηδησηηθφ θαη ηνλ δεκφζην ηνκέα, έρεη ηνλίζεη ηελ επείγνπζα αλάγθε γηα ηελ αληηκεηψπηζε ηεο δηαθζνξάο ζηελ Δπξψπε. Ζ δηαθζνξά ππνλνκεχεη ηε ρξεζηή δηαθπβέξλεζε, ην θξάηνο δηθαίνπ θαη ηα ζεκειηψδε αλζξψπηλα δηθαηψκαηα. Δμαπαηά ηνπο πνιίηεο, βιάπηεη ηνλ ηδησηηθφ ηνκέα θαη παξακνξθψλεη ηηο νηθνλνκηθέο αγνξέο. To νγδφληα ηνηο εθαηφ (80%) ησλ Δπξσπαίσλ πνπ ζπκκεηείραλ ζηελ έξεπλα γηα ην Δπξσβαξφκεηξν ηνπ 2009 ηεο Δπξσπατθήο Δπηηξνπήο, ζεσξνχζαλ φηη ε δηαθζνξά απνηεινχζε θχξην πξφβιεκα γηα ηε ρψξα ηνπο.
