A studyontherestraintsonlearningofthechildrenfrominternationalmarriagefamily
GraduateSchoolofEducation,KyonggiUniversity,Lee,YoonYoung,majoringinLifetimemulti-culturaleducation
Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetherestraintsonlearningoflearnersin
the classes ofthe children from internationalmarriage family.Itis
necessary to help theirstudy by identifying the restraints,thathasincreasingly expanded,on learning ofthe children from international
marriagefamilyintheperspectiveoflearners.Thisstudy,throughthis,
aimsto cultivatespontaneouslearning capability ofthechildren frominternationalmarriagefamilyandtoprovidepracticalhelpstotheteachers
oftheelementaryschoolsfortheireffectiveteachingofthem.
Inthisstudy,twoproblemshavebeenproposedforstudyinordertoinvestigatetherestraintsonthelearningofthechildrenfrom international
marriagefamily.
Firstly,'Whataretheinternalfactorsin thetheclassthatrestrainlearningofthechildrenfrom internationalmarriage'hasbeenanalyzed.
Secondly,'Whataretheeternalfactorsintheclassthatrestrainthe
learningofchildrenfrom internationalmarriage'hasbeenanalyzed.

Inordertoempiricallyfindoutthetaskforstudy,aqualitativestudy
methodwasselected,andwitnessobservationandinterview methodswereusedasstudytechnique.Researcherwitnessedthemulti-cultureteaching
class,thevoluntaryactivitiesintheelementaryschoolinGyeongi-Doasa
teacherandobservedtheclassforthechildrenofinternationalmarriagefamily.
Thisstudywasperformedintheorderofcollectionofdatabasedonthe
event,dataanalysis,organization,repetitivereadingofdataanddetailedanalysis.
Asaresultofobservation ofthei-cultureeducation classin Korean
elementaryschoollocatedinGyeong-Doandtheanalysisofthecontentfrom theinterviews,followingconclusioncouldbeobtained.
Asfortheinternalfactorsofclassthatrestrainedlearningofthechildren
from internationalmarriage,theabsenceofmother,theexcessiveburdenfrom motherforlearningwithrespectthefamilyfactorsandostracizing
from thesameagegroupwithrespecttothefactorofsameagegroup,
wereanalyzed.
By synthesizing theresultsasabove,following conclusionscould be
obtained.Firstly,inordertohelpthelearningofthechildrenfrom international
marriage,theimprovementofeducationalenvironmentisrequired.The
distributionofspecializedteachersfortheconsultationwhocanhelpthechildrenfrom internationalmarriagefamilyfortheirlearningisrequired.
Secondly,inordertoremovethefactorsthatrestrainthelearningofthe

childrenfrom internationalmarriage,theimprovementpoliciesforthenew
educationisrequired.The supports in terms ofeducationalpolicies including customized
alternatives and supports by considering the individualenvironmentof
internationalmarriagefamiliesandthesupply ofremotevideolecturingsystem fortheduallanguageeducation,arerequired.
Thirdly,forthedesirablegrowth ofthechildren from multicultural
families and the development of national human resources, theestablishmentandoperationofthechildcarefacilitiessupportedbythe
state,exclusivelyforthechildrenfrom multiculturalfamilies,arerequired.
