KEY POSITION OBJECTIVES To implement reorganization of the company; To prepare the company for privatization; To ensure the efficiency and transparency of commercial operations and as a result - growth of financial results; To provide operational and financial stability of the company. 3. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform management of the company within the powers defined by the legislation of Ukraine, Charter of the Company, internal; Representing the interests of the company and establishing of the constructive working relations with all categories of target audiences: key customers, suppliers, commercial banks, government agencies, industry associations and other organizations; Implementation of project management on improvement of organizational and operational processes; Development of personnel professional training, development of corporate culture. Implementation of evaluation and stimulation system of the staff. Creation of personnel reserve. 4. KEY TASKS To form a development strategy of the company. To develop and consistently implement an action plan to reduce costs and optimize business processes;

the development strategy and to lead a company through all stages

of reform;

To develop and implement a system of measures to prevent and

combat the corruption at the enterprise.

5. GENERAL SELECTION CRITERIA

5.1 Education Higher education. Additional education in management or MBA will be an

advantage.

Candidates for the position must demonstrate the presence of the following

competencies:

1. Strategic vision:

• Demonstration of forward vision of the situation;

• Spacious approach to a problem, events, activities, the ability to

predict its future significance and implications;

• Ability to formulate the strategic priorities and specific goals that able

to lead the enterprise to a new level and provide a strategic advantage and

sustainable development.

2. Organizational leadership and result orientation:

• The authority of ideological leader and the administrative authority;

• Ability to create for people a clear and desired vision of the company;

• Take care that the strategic goals of the company become the

priorities of each employee and also maintain confidence of the colleagues in

the possibility of achieving these goals.

3. Change management:

• Successful actions under uncertainty;

• Ability to initiate and lead the process of change, to take personal

responsibility for the results;

• Ability to motivate employees on the needs and merits of the changes

that are implemented;

• Ability to overcome effectively the skepticism and denial.

4. Management effectiveness (management):

• Ability to build concerted transparent system of governance;

• Efficient management of the team under pressure of crisis processes,

limited resources and focused attention (criticism) of external audience;

• Ability to create and optimize the business model, and its scale.

constructive working relationships with different groups of audience:

6. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

6.1 Professional

requirements

The successful candidate must have experience over 5 years in

management of large companies (over 500 people) occupying higher

managerial position. The experience in international companies will be

an advantage;

Experience in crisis management of the enterprise and solving of the

large-scale problems;

Positive business standing;

Experience in projects of improving production efficiency and change

management, and management experience in business restructuring

and reengineering of business processes;

Knowledge of prospects and development trends of the industry;

The candidate must have a deep knowledge of business economics

and operational experience in strategic planning, budgeting,

manufacturing process, project management of capital investment,

knowledge of the principles of corporate governance;

The candidate must have experience in high-level negotiations with

customers, suppliers, financial institutions, partners, government

agencies, etc. The experience of conflict management.
