As a professional glass products trading company, we are focus on supplying process

glass products which included building glass and decorative glass to overseas market.

Under business cooperation with Shenzhen HongLi Glass factory, we are the exclusive

overseas marketing representative of them.

Our aim is providing the reasonable price with good quality and best service to our

customers achieve win-win situation.

Our Team

General Manager/Shareholder-Mr.Qiu SongLin:

Mr.Qiu SongLin working in glass field 20 years, started as a normal worker, then

salesman-purchase manager. He knows glass from materials to production process

even installation very well.

Senior Customer Manager/Shareholder-Miss Andrea Jiang:

Miss Andrea Jiang working as glass sales 10 years and management experience 8

years. She knows well about pre-sales and after-sales of a glass factory. Visited many

clients in different countries, understand clients’ requirements well, made professional

working process.

Production Director-Mr.Qiu ShangLai:

Mr.Qiu ShangLai working in glass field 16 years, 10 years as tempering technicist and

he is very good in this industry. Under the situation of tight deliver time or special

order of tempered glass, he can operate the machine himself to finish the production

well and in time.


Current Situation of China Glass Factory:

The old generation manager(before 1970s) have low cultural quality. Most of them

started the business from a normal worker. All the professional requirements from

clients are hard to support. They are not always provide formal documents, they

don’t have professional working process, not always strict with quality, not serious

about deliver time. Complain is very hard to get reasonable compensation.

The new generation manager highly educated, but they don’t know technical and

products very well. Only use the professional manage mode from the book is very

hard to enforce it.

HongJia’s superiority

We are professional on technical also professional on working process. From 20

years field experience and social relations, we know very well most of glass

factories' advantage in GuangDong area. Also opened NanJing office to expand

our purchasing in JiangZhe area.

Glass products are totally customized, special glass products or variety glass

orders normally cannot finish all the process in the same factory, it always needs

few factories to cooperate together. We integrate resources, organize production in

the different factories. We have our own QC to control the quality and packing.

QC report will be sent after production finish.


Quality Control

QC standard: HongJia’s basic QC standard is ASTM , special quality requirements

can be stipulated before order, all production inspection will be based on what reac

hed by both sides.

Certificate: HongJia only cooperate with ISO certified factories. Glass certificates

options include BS,ASTM,AS/NZ,CE,IGCC etc.

Complaint: HongJia offer compensation in advance. Hongjia give swift feedback

/solution for any questions/issues that client meets to ensure customer benefit

Working Process

Sales confirm the PI or PO with Clients

Deposit or LC receive, Production Assistant inform clients the production arrangement

Production pictures (if required)or finished products pictures sent to clients by

Production Assistant

Balance payment receive, Administrator arrange the shipment or support clients’

forward finish the shipment

Loading pictures and QC report provided by production assistant

documents provided

by Administrator


Payment Terms

Payment Terms Options: T/T, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL, L/C etc.

L/C is advised for big projects!

Hongjia Glass has been 8 years Gold Supplier in Alibaba, Alibaba Group give Hongjia

big fund supports basing on Hongjia strong business credit record. There’s no

limitation on L/C amount, time can extend to 180days.

The beneficial name will be Onetouch, which 100% belongs to Alibaba Group, and it

will research the credit of both supplier and client to ensure the profits for both sides.

Hongjia Glass will show as the manufacturer name on L/C to be responsible for

products quality.
