2、电机在多旋翼上的固定安装

安装工具、必需配件及材料(自备)

自备与部件螺丝相对应尺寸的内六角扳手、合适的机架和螺丝胶。电机安装孔请严格按照固定电机孔位尺寸图纸进行准确的打孔。

根据您所购买的电机螺纹孔,选择合适的螺丝安装电机。

请注意机架电机座厚度和您所购买电机的螺纹深度。若使用过长的螺丝,拧入可能会顶到线圈而损坏电机;若使用过短的螺丝,拧入深度不够容易造成电机脱落。

3、电机与电调接线

安装必需设备和安装工具及材料(自备)

自备跟您购买电机相匹配的电调,自备遥控发射机以及遥控接收机。根据您使用电机的目的选择适合的飞行控制系统(飞控)。自备与部件螺丝相对应尺寸的内六角扳手、电烙铁、万用表等工具,自备 3M 胶、扎带等材料,用于电调等部件的固定和走线整理。

1)电机固定好后,将电机的三根线连接到电调输出的三根线。

2)若直接使用遥控器验证电机旋转方向,则将电调信号线接至遥控接收机三通道(如电机与电调接线图所示)。

3)如果您购买的是无 BEC(即 OPTO)的电调,则需要给接收机另外加接电池或接 UBEC进行供电。

4)将遥控发射机油门摇杆打到最低(如图所示)后开启遥控发射机。电调无 BEC 的,需要先给接收机供电(确保信号联通正常),然后再给电调上电,此时电机会有对应的提示音(具体提示音需查阅您购买电调所附带的说明书)。

5)轻推油门摇杆,电机将跟随转动,油门在 10% 左右即可观察电机转向。若电机未能按预设方向旋转,可交换电机与电调的任意两根连线。

电机安装在多旋翼机架上,请勿随意拆卸电机自带的马蹄形电机垫。

4、多旋翼螺旋桨安装

固定电调时,让散热片朝上或朝外。固定时用 3M 固定,然后用扎带绑扎,防止脱落。

一般接收机导入 3.7-7.4V启动电源(工作电压范围是 3.5-8.4V)。接收机插口本身有防反插,橙线或者白线为信号线(SIG),红线为电源 +(VCC),黑线为地 -(GND)具体情况请查阅遥控接收机的说明书。

电机转动时会产生较大的扭力,请勿用手触摸,以免不必要的伤害。

电机及电调请使用规定的电池节数(即额定电压),具体参数请查阅产品参数表。

请使用与电机相匹配的电调,避免烧毁设备,具体参数请查阅产品参数表。

上 电 前 请 确认 油 门 是 否在最低位

如果您购买了飞行控制系统,请同时参照飞行控制系统说明书进行安装电机。

在测试电机转向是否正确的时候,切勿安装螺旋桨,以免发生意外。

OPTO: 没有 BEC 的电调通常被称为 OPTO(optoisolator),常应用于多旋翼电调。

BEC:全称 Battey Elimination Circuit, 中文翻译为免电池电路。将电池输出电压转换成 5V~6V 和一定的电流给接收机、舵机等电设备使用,不需要额外的电池组来供电,一般是集成在电调内部。UBEC:全名 Ultra Battery Elimination Circuit,将内置的 BEC 电路从电调中独立出来,成为单独的电子设备,并提供更大的输出功率,因此一般称为外置 BEC。

电池节数 : 电池中的”S“是指电池串联的节数,如 3S 就是三节电芯为 3.7V 的电池串联起来总共 11.1V(3.7V×3)。若电调中标明:3S-6S 则表示可以使用 11.1V-22.2V的锂电池。

安装工具(自备)及步骤

自备对应螺旋桨固定螺丝尺寸的内六角扳手。在电机已确认转向(使用飞行控制系统已调试完毕)准备试飞的情况下,即可完成螺旋桨的安装。建议您使用双捷科技(SANGAIR)生产的配套螺旋桨(具体参数请查阅参数表 )。

1)确定螺旋桨的正反面,正面朝上。一般印有商标的桨面为正面。

2)确定螺旋桨的旋转方向。桨面有 CW 字母的为顺时针旋转的桨叶,有 CCW 字母的为逆时针旋转的桨叶。若没有任何字母标明则可以通过螺旋桨旋转方向辨别图示的方法进行辨别。

螺旋桨尺寸:32×10,即表示螺旋桨的直径 × 螺距(81.28×2.54cm)、(32×1.0inch)。1 in = 2.54cm 。

固定螺旋桨的螺丝请勿使用螺丝胶。

请勿让电机超负载运行,以免发生意外和损失。

安装必需设备和安装工具及材料(自备)

自配对应电机参数的固定翼(此款电机可代替 15CC-20CC 的汽油发动机),自备跟您购买电机相匹配的电调,自备遥控发射机以及遥控接收机。根据您使用电机的目的选择适合的飞行控制系统(飞控)。自备与部件螺丝相对应尺寸的内六角扳手、电烙铁、万用表等工具,自备 3M 胶、扎带等材料,用于电调固定和走线整理。

1)安装桨座(购买时需另加说明配套此配件)。

2)使用固定翼专用电机座(购买时需另加说明配套此配件),在固定安装电机前,请卸掉马蹄形电机垫。

3)将电机固定在固定翼上,注意电机座孔位尺寸(详见电机孔位尺寸图)。

4)接线调试(详细方法请参考:3、电机与电调接线)。

为保证机架的结构的牢固,安装固定件时螺丝须滴上适量的螺丝胶。

安装工具(自备)及步骤

自备对应螺旋桨固定螺丝尺寸的内六角扳手。在电机已确认转向(使用飞行控制系统已调试完毕)准备试飞的情况下,即可完成螺旋桨的安装。建议您使用双捷科技(SANGAIR)生产的配套螺旋桨。

1、由于电机横装,向前牵引,螺旋桨的正面必须朝前。

2、辨别旋转方向,顺逆时针应与电机相对应(方法参考:4、多旋翼螺旋桨安装与 5、螺旋桨旋转方向辨别技巧)。
