the official pages.• Sponsors will be given event photos for their own

brand name will be displayed across on the venue • 2 Projector screens will be placed to display

sponsors logo and short add clips and information about them.

There are 3 types of packages for sponsors-1).PLATINUM PACKAGE (TITLE SPONSOR)– 3 lakhs

(& above) WILL HAVE EVERY ADVERTISMENT CATEGORY

2).GOLD PACKAGE – 2.2 lakhs – 2.5 lakhs WILL GET 10 CATEGORIES OF ADVERTISEMENT .3.)SILVER PACKAGE- 50000- 1.5LAKHWILL GET 6 CATEGORIES OF ADVERTISEMENT .

Note–– Time-frames of advertising campaign start should be determinedby Contract.–– Contract prepayment should be no less than 50%(Sponsor shall perform final account settlement under the Contractwithin 10 calendar days after receiving the) of the total costof sponsor participation under the Contract. –– During one month period after the end, management of the Festivalwill provide a sponsor fulfillment of contractual obligations .

Permitting• The Special Event Permit is first sent to the Mayor’s

Office. The Director of Special Events will then take over and ensure that all matters are diligently completed – this includes the Police Department and Emergency Medical teams.
