Fault Injection for Fault-tolerant Design of Control System for Power Supply of Micro-Satellite

Abstract: Man-made fault injection method is adopted in fault-tolerant design of control system for power supply of micro-satellite. Control object is substituted of simulation system to produce hardware fault, and simulate hardware fault. Program source code is changed or code is compiled knowingly to inject fault, and simulate software fault. Taking fault-tolerant design of control system for second power supply as an example, all sorts of software and hardware fault of power controller were simulated. Experiment result shows that the fault-tolerant capability and reliability of power control system of satellite in orbiting can be completely verified with the method.

Then weight fusion was made to confirm final identity according to all sorts of results and reliability.

Abstracts: The predictive expert system of equipment maintenance based on the ANN was composed of the control, measure, failure forecast, execution, data process module and database. The change parameters and structure of controlled objects was got form data process module, and then took correspondent measures according to the examination and diagnosis information. The control system fault was found, the fault symptom location was separated, the fault kind was told, the magnitude and time of the fault was estimated, and the evaluation and decision made with failure forecast module.

Simulation of Fraudulent Jamming for Laser Final Guidance Shell

Abstract: The simulation of fraudulent jamming for the laser final guidance shell needs to set up the models of trajectory, environment and fraudulent jamming. The trajectory model consists of the uncontrolled free flight segment, the inertial guided glided segment and the final guidance segment, which accords with the proportional guided law. The environment model is founded according to the absorbing rate of ozone and vapor, and scatter transmitting rate of cloud, rain and dust for the laser. The fraudulent jamming model is established according to the laser energy distribution on the detector of seeker, which is formed by the true target and the false target. Through setting the position and the emissive power of the fraudulent jammer and the distance between the true target and the false target, the target-missing quantity can be figured out with the method of Simulink simulation.

Abstract: The automatic testing system of certain airborne weapon based on PC-DAQ is composed of main control computer, data acquisition and control component, multi-channel signal switching and modulation component, weapon-off-line actuation system. The system software consists of main control module, measurement-point switching module, module of data acquisition, module of analyzing and treating fault. Test and control program was compiled with KingVIEW6.01 configuration software. Through the compiling of command statement and the definition of data variables, the connection of peripheral equipments was founded, and corresponding data switching was implemented. All the testing data are sent to the main control computer to follow data acquisition, measure, analyze and process By way of relay contact and signal modulating circuit.

Automatic Design for Military Plotting System

Abstract: In military plotting system, military plotting can be fallen into rule, non-rule and hieroglyphic military plotting, queue number and sign in common use. According to peculiarity of military plotting display and infer and deduct, basic data was fallen into position, attribute and enlarging scale and revolving angle. Interface is syncopated into index section of military plotting, digital map navigation section, operation section of plotting. Visualization of military plotting and plotting selection of user is realized in index section, plotting selection is used as host operation section, operating map and plotted situation is displayed in it. The location of client in plotting section is displayed, and operation map is roamed, and the contents of plotting operation section and digital map navigation section are synchronously displayed in digital map navigation section.

FMS Load Balanced Scheduling Using Petri Net

Abstract: Petri Net is used as modeling tool in the FMS load balanced scheduling method based on Petri Net. Reachable graph of model is searched with AI technique, and scheduling result is gained. NP sub-networks of production units were constructed with TPPN, the connection among NP sub-networks was realized through sharing resource pool. Load balanced scheduling was made with improved algorithm based on A*, and virtual cost concept was introduced. In searching process, real cost was replaced by virtual cost varying with the system state. The use cost of machines dynamic loaded were increased to reduce used chance of loaded machine. The scheduling path among load balanced of loaded machines was generated with scheduling program.

Prediction of Failure Rate of Plane Components Base on LS-SVM

Abstract: Support vector machine (SVM) has excellent learning and statistical functions. Predicting model was founded by kernel function, learning machine was trained with learning sample used known data, failure of the system was tested and predicted with testing sample. In least square (LS) SVM, LS linear system is used as loss-function, the precision predicted with the function is higher, convergent speed is faster. Multiplayer parameters searching algorithm, equi-dimension means and vary dimension means based on LS-SVM can be used in aeronautical quality evaluation, fault diagnosis, prediction of parameter and fault analysis for plane.

The model is made of unbalance 3-phase electrical soure, matrix converter switch, 3-phase load, voltage meter, current meter, oscillograph and the modulation strategy.

Computer-Aided Analysis on Meshing Backlash of Contrate Harmonic Gear

Abstract: According to plate-shell theory, location of rigid gear and flexible gear was changed with height location. On the basis of the mathematics model of contrate harmonic gear drive, the change law of meshing backlash of contrate harmonic gear was analyzed by meshing analysis software. Computer-aided graphic analysis was used in the analysis method, structure parameter and meshing parameter changed by the law was selected, the influence of meshing backlash was analyzed and calculated, and it was showed on the screen with the figure curve. The inner relationship among meshing and structure parameters and appraising index was found out, and then parameter was modified as far as the satisfied result is obtained.

Algorithm Analysis of Topology Discovery for Multi-layer Networks

Abstract: There are many tools used in topology discovery of multi-layer networks, such as Ping tests IP connectivity, Traceroute discovers routers, DNS provides mapping between IP address and host names. ARP keeps MAC and IP address in a LAN and maps IP to MAC. Pay attention to discovering of data-link layer equipments and hosts for small networks, and then attention to network layer for large networks as well as discover routers and subnets. Topology discovery of extra-large networks need go through many heterogeneous networks and management domains. Discovery algorithms usually go from high layer (IP layer) to low layer (data-link layer). Topology discovery algorithms are that port connectivity is accounted by address transmitting table, spanning tree and flux of port.

Application of LonWorks in Industrial Enterprise Network

Abstract: Monitoring system of LonWorks scene network is composed of public object layer, service layer of public network, component layer and intranet layer. Monitoring software supports TCP/IP procotol, and exchange the data with other systems through ODBC, SQL, DLL, etc. The network intelligent nodes on the floor were shared with other networks, and the network service and data management was offered. Networks service object was managed, and the field bus equipments were visited with public target layer. The inter-operation among different equipments was realized with component layer. Program of intranet layer was compiled with CGI and ActiveX, the work and produce states of long-range monitoring scene were controlled by WWW navigation software as well as adjusted the control system in time.

Abstract: The memory interface for embedded CPU AU1100 was designed with NOR Flash and NAND Flash. The standard bus interface that has 32 bits data width is offered through embedded SDRAM bus controller of AU1100, Flash can be directly connected on static bus. NOR Flash in code memory was used as supplement of NAND Flash in software design. YaFFS is used to manage NAND Flash and shield bad blocks. NAND Flash was checked with Enhanced ECC/EDC algorithm so as to reduce the flip-flop rate of NAND Flash, the stability and reliability of the system is ensured.

Abstract: The communication protocol of RS232 to RS485 is translated with serial port control functions and I/O functions of Lab Windows/CVI, in order to realize communication control of RS485 bus in the remote distributed measurement and control system. At first, open COM ports and initialize them, send steering order and acquire sample signals. The local controller sends steering order to field signal-acquisition equipments and receives test data from RS485 bus, thereby communication control of RS485 bus was realized. The reliability of communication control can be improved greatly as a result of Win timer that can checks the states of COM ports was used in program.

Control of Adaptive Variable Structure of DC Servo Robot

Abstract: Mathematical model of adaptive variable structure of control system for DC servo robot was established with nonlinear sliding mode formed with saturation type scalar functions. Control law of adaptive variable structure was deduced according to kinetic equation, and the stability of control system for DC servo robot was proved by Lyapunov function. Control law of two-joint robot was simulated with Runge-Kuta, the result shows that control system of the robot has better ability of anti-jamming, and can stably track expected track.

Control of Intelligent Interface for Power Based on LabVIEW6i

Abstract: Intelligent interface for magnet power was designed with the LabVIEW6i functions of data acquisition, data analysis and intelligent-control etc. Serial port was initialized with serial port Init.vi, data received and RL setting was saved respectively into Whileloop. Query command was sent in spacing of 200ms and data was accessed in spacing of 100ms, and current change of RL was tested. Data was sent into individual Whileloop through event touching to realize read-write, display, analysis, monitor and control. Loop was controlled with local variable to realize breaking the rank and keeping in the archives of synchronous switch data, and failure information was monitored and controlled in long-distance via Ethernet.

Application of Vector Subdivision of Direct Torque Control in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

Abstract: By adding the on-off mode of two phases, 14 voltage space vectors can be added and the step angle of voltage vectors can be effectively reduced with the vector subdivision method based on direct torque control (DTC), and improve torque fluctuation. When PWM wave and IGBT switch level signal was loaded into input-end of and-gate at the same time, output voltage of inverter is controlled in chopped wave. Duty ratio of input PWM wave is added properly, it can make amplitude value of 12 voltage vectors is equality. Finally, permanent magnet synchronous motor was modeled and emulated with SIMULINK of Matlab.

Fault-Tolerant Design of Distributed Control System

Abstract: The tolerant design of distributed control system control system is that an additional redundant controller is added in Galois field. Extended state variables of the programmable controllers are sent to the redundant controller by network. The redundant controller produces odd and even check code in setup time. After odd and even check code is calculated with Boolean function calculation, it is transformed into of Galois field. If the output of controller can satisfy odd and even check condition is checked with the function calculation to decide it exist fault or not. Taking redundant control of materiel grasp and sending system as an example, output of redundant node was tested, output of fault controller was replaced by estimate output to renew function of controller, and realize self-diagnosis of the system.

High-Speed Real-Time Digital Image Measure System for Kinetic Object

Abstract: The High-speed Real-time digital image measure system based on the cine-theodolite is composed with the CCD-sensor, the digital image acquisition and image processing subsystems. The high-speed kinetic object was tracked and measured with digital image acquisition and process technology. The real-time image signal gathered by CCD-Sensor was processed with DSP (digital signal processor), and then recorded on SCSI device by SCSI protocol. Finally, the system can obtain precise measure data through image equilibrium, filtering, smoothing and pseudo-color etc preparative processes, sub-pixel locating and object tracking and identification.

Abstract: Auto-testing system for differential displacement sensor is composed of laser interferometer, computer, block of dynamic data collection interface, block of electromotor driver and some software etc. The moving speed or start or stop of step electromotor is controlled by program, the measured data of interferometer is read from electricity box according to the sampling pulse or program. The output voltage signal of sensor was magnified, and sampling holding and A/D conversion was made. Sampling pulse outputted block of dynamic data collection is controlled by program or hand, at the same time, the sampling pulse was sent to interferometer electricity box and A/D conversion of sensor and then saved them for timing read, and thereby, a online auto-testing of photoelectricity was realized.

Control System for Door-Motor of Elevator Based on DSP and IPM

Abstract: TMS320LF2407 and IPM was used in control system for door-motor of elevator based on DSP and IPM. The PWM signal from 2407 was transmitted to IPM through photocoupler. 5v control signal was transformed into 3.3v, and sent into 2407. The current measured that has been filtered and amplified was sent into 2407 to carry out AD transformation. The encoder measure the velocity and the displacement, generate square wave signals which difference between the phases is 90, then the signals modified were sent to impulse interface unit. The pulse signal and signal turned direction was generated through coding logic circuit. Asynchronous communication is adopted between DSP and PC. The speed and direction information of motor is obtained with software switching pattern of SVPWM and modulating to realize the control door-motor of elevator.

Abstract: The close-loop structure was adopted in 5-coordinate machining robot, the host shaft was connected with a number of spatial connecting poles. Moving coordinate system is composed of cutting tool center and hinge joining parts of principal axis of cutting tool. Center coordinate of hinge joining point between control shaft and host shaft parts is calculated to determine machining posture of cutter. The azimuth of the host shaft was determined with A set of Eulerian angle (precession angle, nutation angle, self- rotation angle ). Corresponding to every posture of machining, the position of a certain part of the host shaft was calculated, and the position can made the lengths of the two control axes are instantaneous equal. The length of connecting poles was changed through servo motor to adjust posture of host shaft. So that if one of control ends of NC system controls two axes simultaneously, the function of the 6-coordinate system can be realized with 5-coordinate system.
