二、注册、会议资料︱Registration and Conference Materials

外地代表预计抵达时间为 9月 23 日。注册和领取会议资料的地点为梁园会所一楼

大堂；本地代表、列席代表等人员的注册时间为 9 月 24 日上午 07:30-08:40，注册地

点为梁园会所一楼大堂。

Non-local representatives are expected to arrive on September 23th. Please

register and receive the conference materials on the lobby of first floor,

Liangyuan Guest Hotel.

Local representatives, delegates and other personnel shall register from

7:30am to 8:40am September 24thon the lobby of first floor, Liangyuan Guest

Hotel.

三、研讨会会场︱Forum Venue

研讨会地点为湖北经济学院国际学术交流中心（梁园会所），地址为武汉市江夏

区藏龙岛开发区杨桥湖大道 8号。研讨会涉及的会场主要包括梁园会所二楼会议室（开

幕式、主题报告、学术沙龙）、行政楼三楼会议室（第一单元分组讨论）、行政楼四

楼会议室（第二单元分组讨论）、行政楼五楼会议室（第三单元分组讨论）。研讨会

举行期间的早餐（9月 24 日、25 日）、自助午餐（9 月 24 日）和晚餐（9月 23 日、

24 日）均在梁园会所一楼餐厅。场地安排分配如下表。

All participants, distinguished guests and observers are cordially invited

to attend the Opening Ceremony and General Meeting in the morning, and Academic

Salon in the afternoon; three Sessions of Group Discussion and the Closing

Ceremony including session summaries and conclusion remarks in the afternoon,

Sept. 24.

Each conference room is equipped with projectors and computers during the

whole course of the Conference.

研讨会代表在《会议指南》中下午分组讨论没有具体安排的，可根据本人的学术

兴趣和研究方向选择一个单元参加讨论。

If there is no specific group arrangements for you in the "meeting guide"

in the afternoon, you can choose a topic to attend according to your academic

九、餐饮︱Food and Beverage

进餐时，请务必佩戴胸牌。除会务组提供的餐饮以外，其他饮食安排由代表本人

自理。

Please always show your name badge when you have your meal. All other meals

except those listed, including beverages, shall be paid by the participant who

has incurred the consumption.

十、抵达学校交通指南︱Traffic Guide

1、乘坐武汉市内公交车至武昌鲁巷光谷广场(家乐福旁)，然后转乘 755 路或 718

路公交车到程杨湾下车。

2、乘坐武汉市内公交车至武昌关山鲁巷光谷广场，在鲁巷光谷广场民院路(光谷

图书城对面)转乘 758 路公交车到程杨湾下车。

3、武汉市内自驾车参会人员请驾车沿光谷大道往京珠沪渝高速凤凰山收费站方

向行驶，或沿关山大道往庙山方向行驶至华工科技园附近后按路边指示牌指示方向行

驶。

4、武汉市外自驾车参会人员行车路线：

（1）黄石、黄冈方向

武黄高速武东出口沿光谷大道往京珠沪渝高速凤凰山收费站方向行驶5公里即到；

（2）咸宁、宜昌、十堰方向

转至沪渝高速（上海、黄石方向）在凤凰山、关山出口下高速，左转沿光谷大道

行驶 2公里即到。

1. Local representatives in Wuhan can take the bus to Luxiang Optics Valley

Plaza Wuchang (beside Carrefour Supermarket)，and then transfer to Bus 755 or

718 and get off at Chengyangwan stop.

2. Local representatives in Wuhan can take the bus to Luxiang Optics Valley

Plaza Wuchang，then transfer to Bus 758( opposite to Optics Valley Bookstore)

and get off at Chengyangwan stop.

3. Local representatives in Wuhan can drive along Optical Valley Avenue

toward Phoenix Mountain Toll Station of Beijing-Zhuhai high-speed way until

they arrive in Chengyangwan. Or they can drive along Guanshan Avenue toward

Miaoshan until they reach Industrial Garden of Huazhong University of Science

and Technology, then follow the guide of the road sign and find Chengyangwan.

4. Non-local representatives drive from,

(1) Huangshi and Huanggang City

Please leave the Wuhan-Huangshi high speed way from Wudong Exit, go on

driving 5 kilometers along Optical Valley Avenue and reach Chengyangwan.

(2) Xianning, Yichang and Shiyan City

Please transfer to Shanghai-Chengdu high speed way (Shanghai and Huangshi

Orientation) and leave it at Phoenix Mountain and Guanshan Exit, turn left and

go on driving 2 kilometers along Optical Valley Avenue until they reach

Chengyangwan.
