Урок по теме “ Eat to Live, But not Live to Eat”
Цель:Дать возможность
учащимся показать на практике свое
представление о вкусной и здоровой
пище, сбалансированной
диете.
Класс был поделен на группы, которые должны были
представить свои рецепты первого блюда, второго, к чаю.
Представляют свои идеи.
Pea Soup• 300 gr of peas soak in cold water
for about 4 hours• Boil for about 1 hour in the water
till nearly done.• Add 7-10 potatoes cut into cubes
+ browned carrots, onion and sausage cut into shoestrings.
• Boil 10 min before the soup is done.
• Before serving garnish the soup with sour cream, minced greens, pepper and salt to your taste.
• Enjoy your soup! It’s yummy.
Cooking a dish requires patience not only wish.
Not God but man makes pot and pan.
A house is not known for how it looks, but for the things it cooks.
Russian vinaigrette salad It’s a mixture of vegetables boiled and chopped with salt, pepper and oil.You need:2 beetroots2 carrots2 pickled cucumbers2 potatoes1 onionA can of green peasSalt, pepper, some oil.It’s very easy to cook and healthy.
A spoon is dear when lunch time is near.
A cake with dried apricots.• You need: 3 eggs, a glass
of flour, 0,5 glass mayonnaise, a glass of sugar, a little salt and baking powder, 100 gr of dried apricots.
• Make the dough out of these ingredients, bake in the hot oven (180 degrees) for about 30 min.
• Enjoy it! It’s delicious!
Hunger breaks stone walls.
