Yüzer vinç (floating crane) Zakhariy; 97,2 *16 metre ölçülerindeki ana dubanın
yanı sıra 43,2 * 15,7 metre ebatlarında 2 adet yardımcı dubaya sa-
hiptir. Operasyon esnasında yardımcı dubalar ana dubaya farklı pozisyonlarda
bağlanarak vincin stabilitesi sağlanmaktadır. 4.586 gross ton’a sahip yüzer
vincin duba yüksekliği 4,90 metredir. Seyir halinde ve boşken 1,4 m drafta
sahip olan vinç, operasyon esnasında ve tam yükte 1,7m drafta ihtiyaç duy-
maktadır.
About Zakhariy
Along with the 97,2 * 16 meters main floating platform, Zakhariy also has 2
separate 43,2 * 15,7 meters of side floating platforms. During the operation,
the side platforms are joined the main platform in various different options to
give stability. The height of the platforms are 4,90 meters and gross weight of
the floating crane is 4.586 tons. During cruise and while being empty, the
crane has 1,4m draft. During operation and full load, it needs 1,7m draft.

metredir.
96 metre bom uzunluğuna sahip vincin 340 ton kapasiteli 2 adet kaldırma kan-
cası mevcuttur. Kancaların eksen açıklığı 13,5 metredir. Seyir halinde bom,
yardımcı duba üzerine yatırılmakta ve böylelikle 13,6 m yüksekliğe sahip
olmak-tadır. Bu özelliği, vincin nehir köprülerinin altından geçişine imkan
tanımakta ve nehir operasyonlarında kullanılmasını mümkün kılmaktadır.
Vinç bomunun mafsalı ana dubanın merkezinde bulunmaktadır. Yardımcı
dubaların ana dubaya yanlardan bağlanmasıyla beraber vincin ön tarafın-
da 42,5m*45,8m ölçülerinde yük taşıma alanı oluşmaktadır. Vincin dikkat
çeken özellerinden biri kendi üzerinde 700 tona kadar yük taşıyabilmesidir.
During operation and cruising while lifting, estimated dimensions of the
floating crane is 97,2 * 45,8 meters.
The boom of the crane is 96 meters in length, it has 2 lifting hooks which can
handle 340 tons. Axial distance of hooks are 13,5 meters. During cruise, boom
is lowered down onto the platform and therefore total height of the crane be-
comes 13,6 meters. Because of this, it gives this crane to pass under the
bridges and therefore, it can be operated on rivers also.
The joint section of the boom is just at the center of the main platform. With
the connection of the side platforms to the main platform, total frontal area
becomes 42,5m * 45,8m, which can be used for carrying weights. Another
unique feature of this crane is to carry 700 tons of weight on itself.

montajı gibi işlerde kullanılması hedeflenen yüzer vinç, Türkiye’nin ih-
tiyaçlarına cevap verebilecek niteliktedir.
Building bridges, salvaging ships, submersion of tubes and pipes, loading
heavy weights and unloading, port constructions, disassembly and montage of
large ships and similar tasks are in the scope of this floating crane.
Zakhariy’in Kapasitesi
Yüzer vincin kaldırma kapasitesi 680 ton olarak belirlenmiş ve bu ağırlık 740
tonluk test ağırlığının kaldırılmasıyla doğrulanmıştır. 340 tonluk kaldırma ka-
pasitesine sahip 2 adet kanca, ayrı ayrı ve eş zamanlı olarak çalışabilmektedir.
Kanca eksenleri arasındaki mesafe 13,5 metredir.
Vincin bom mafsalı dubanın merkezinde bulunmaktadır. Bu sebeple, yatay
mesafede 0 (sıfır) metre dubanın burun kısmı olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu-
rundan 450 ton ağırlık kaldıran yüzer vinç, dubanın ucundan geriye doğru 10,5
metrede 680 ton ağırlık kaldırabilmektedir.
Kapasite tablosu (Radius Cetveli) aşağıda verilmiştir. Tabloda, yeşil renkli
grafik eğrisi tek kancanın yatay mesafede kaldırabileceği ağırlığı ve yüksekliği
belirtmektedir. Kırmızı renkli grafik eğrisi ise çift kancanın eş zamanlı
olarak yatay mesafede kaldırabileceği ağırlığı ve yüksekliği belirtmektedir.
The Capacity of Zakhariy
The lifting capacity of Zakhariy is defined as 680 tons and this has been proven
by lifting 740 tons of testing weight. 2 hooks with each 340 tons of lifting ca-
pacity, can work both simultaneously or separately. Distance between hook
axes are 13,5 meters.
Boom stands in the middle of the main platform. Therefore, in horizontal
plane, origin (0 Meters) is considered as the nose of the main platform. From
the nose, the crane can lift 450 tons. At the point on deck of the platform,
which stands 10,5 meters behind from the nose, the crane can lift 680 tons.
Lifting diagram is given below. The green line shows the load and the height
on horizontal plane of one hook. Red line shows the load and the height on
horizontal plane of two works working simultaneously.

Zakhariy’in Özellikleri
Ana gövdeye yanlardan bağlanan yardımcı dubalar, vincin stabilitesini
sağlarken aynı zamanda 45,8 m boyunda ve 43,2m eninde bir yük taşıma alanı
oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde 700 ton ağırlık, yüzer vinç üzerinde taşınabil-
mektedir. Yüzer vinç Zakhariy bu özelliğiyle diğer yüzer vinçlere göre farklılık
göstermektedir. Vincin bu özelliği gerek zaman, gerekse maliyet konularında
ciddi oranda avantaj sağlamaktadır. Taşınacak yük için ayrıca yüzer duba ih-
tiyacı olmadığı gibi dubayı çekecek römorkör ve yakıt giderleri de minimize
edilmektedir.
Yüzer vinç Zakhariy, istiflendiğinde su yüzeyinden maksimum yüksekliği 13,3 m
olmaktadır. Bu özelliği vincin nehir köprülerinin altından geçebilmesini sağla-
maktadır. Nehirler üzerine kurulmuş olan köprülerde yükseklik 16 metredir.
Zakhariy imal edilirken bu durum göz önüne alınmıştır. Zakhariy deniz ve nehir
vinci olarak kullanılabilmektedir.
Specifications of Zakhariy
Side platforms which are attached to the main body, increases the stability
while providing 45,8m in length and 43,2m in width loading zone. At this sec-
tion, the crane can carry 700 tons of weight. With this specialty, Zakhariy
differs itself from other cranes. It can help customers to save time and money.
Since there won’t be any need for additional barge, also no other tugboat for
the barge, it will minimize the costs for rental and fuel.
When stacked, the floating crane Zakhariy has 13,3m of max height from the
sea level. This allows the crane to move under the river bridges. Generally, the
bridges which were built on rivers have a height of 16 meters. This was consid-
ered at the creation of Zakhariy. Zakhariy can be used both on sea and river.
