液態氮 LN2 充填作業之目的在於將磁體保
溫並防止液態氦 LHe 揮發率過高, 正常使
用下, 液態氮需於每 14 天內或液氮液位計
讀值 1 變為 0 時進行進行充填作業, 每次
液態氮需求量約 51 公升.
The purpose of refilling liquid N2 is
to maintain the temperature of the
magnet and to prevent the boil off

為了能安全快速的充填, 請於充填前將液
氮桶的壓力由 VENT 處釋放至 20PSI 以下
For a safe and fast refilling, release the pressure of the liquid N2 dewar
to below 20 psi through the VENT valve.
液態氮充填前要先將防震磁腳的氣壓降低.
Reduce the pressure of the anti-vibration supply gas before refilling.
防震磁腳氣源開關正常時壓力顯示值為 80psi 順時針轉動可加壓當要進行液氦
及液氮充填時逆時針針轉動可減壓要減壓至 30psi

Turn clockwise to increase pressure. During refilling of liquid He or N2, turn the regulator counter clockwise
to decrease to 30psi.
移除磁鐵上黑色散熱座, 將橡膠軟管
一端連接於液態氮桶上的液態氮出口
另一端連接於磁鐵液態氮充填入口.
Remove the black heatsink. Connect
one end of flexible tubing to the
liquid N2 dewar outlet and the other
end to the liquid N2 inlet of the
magnet.
移除磁鐵液氮桶上安全洩壓閥並裝上
短的橡膠軟管.
Remove the liquid N2 safety valve of
the magnet and connect a short
flexible tubing.
安全洩壓閥 黑色散熱座

打開液氮桶上 liquid 出口控制閥使液
氮開始流向磁鐵, 此時可觀測到液位計
上的讀值開始上昇.待液氮由橡膠軟管
流出時關閉液氮桶上 liquid 出口控制
開關完成液氮充填作業.
Open the outlet valve of the
liquid N2 dewar to let liquid N2 flow
into the magnet. Observe the value
at the liquid N2 monitor increases. Fill until liquid N2 spill out of the
outlet of the magnet. Close the outlet of the dewar to stop the filling
procedure.
完成液氮充填作業後, 取下液氮傳輸軟管, 裝回黑色散熱座及安全洩壓閥, 完
成作業.
After finish the liquid N2 refill process, remove the liquid N2 transfer
tube then put back the black heatsink and liquid N2 safety valve to
complete this procedure.
