KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ON LOCAL WISDOM LOWER ESAN. THESIS ADVISORS:

ASST.PROF.SUTEP UAMCHAROEN, Ed.D., ASST.PROF.MEECHAI IEMJINDA, AND ASSOC.PROF.NARIN SUNKRUKSA,

Ph.D. 330 pp.

This research aimed to develop the training curriculum of teacher on knowledge management of local wisdom

lower Esan in cultural tourism following, research and development procedures. The samples in the study consisted of 12 Social

Studies Teachers from 79 Schools in Lower Esan Area. The research instruments included an academic achievement test, an

evaluation curriculum test, lesson plan evaluation, competency evaluation form test, self assessment test, an opinion questionnaire.

The data were analyzed in term of mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test dependent and content analysis, the research results

were as follow:

1. According to the need assessments, interview persons to develop the training curriculum of teacher in social

study group of knowledge management by using core curriculum in the beginning to promote the school. That the indented

curriculum consists of vision competencies a learner. Expected Learning Feature, Structure learning, time, Measurement and

evaluation. Course description to design lesson plans by knowledge management process. Which interested in and ready to use the

curriculum should be added.

2. 5 Units, which were designed and developed: Were based on Tyler’s Theory unit 1 Planning: P, unit 2

Standard based Curriculum: unit 3 The adaptation of CSKTL, unit 4 Management System: M, unit 5 Networking: N

3. The implementation of the development of Training Curriculum of Teacher on knowledge management

curriculum local wisdom lower Esan in Cultural tourism Before and after the implementation were Significantly different at the

.05 level.

4. The evaluation of the Curriculum and the experts Comments reverted that the indented curriculum consists of

vision competencies a learner. Expected Learning Feature, Structure learning, time, Measurement and evaluation. Course

description to design lesson plans by knowledge management process, which interested in and ready to use the curriculum should

be added that the curriculum was appropriate.
