• 「情報の共有」をキーワードに、中野（兵庫県）によって１９９８年から自宅でのサーバーを用いたダイオキシンに関する“ボランタリー”なメーリングリストが開始された。

• 現在では 600 名以上の研究者，計測技術者，行政官などが参加し，測定技術や設備等に関する質疑応答 ( FAQ) ，学会や講演会等の紹介などが行われている。

ダイオキシン国際シンポジウム

• ダイオキシンに限らず，環境を汚染している　様々な化学物質に関する最新の科学技術情報を討議するシンポジウム
