• 「情報の共有」をキーワードに、中野(兵庫県)によって1998年から自宅でのサーバーを用いたダイオキシンに関する“ボランタリー”なメーリングリストが開始された。
• 現在では 600 名以上の研究者,計測技術者,行政官などが参加し,測定技術や設備等に関する質疑応答 ( FAQ) ,学会や講演会等の紹介などが行われている。
