1. แบบทดสอบฉบับนี้มี 40 ขอ คะแนนเต็ม 40 คะแนน ใหเวลาทําแบบทดสอบ 60 นาที 2. แบบทดสอบจะแบงเปน 2 Part ดงันี้

Part 1 แบบระบาย 1 คําตอบ : เลือกคําตอบที่ถูกท่ีสุดเพียง 1 คําตอบ ขอ 1 - 30 ขอละ 1 คะแนน คะแนนเต็ม 30 คะแนน ตัวอยาง 0.
