烹饪法为主翻译。 E.g. “ 宫保鸡丁” 音译 :gongbao chicken 　 ( 宫保鸡丁 ) 以用料为主的翻译 : sauteed chicken cube with 　

peanuts 　 ( 炒鸡块，添加花生 ) 以味道为主的翻译 : diced chicken with peanuts

　 in chili sauce 　 ( 鸡肉花生在辣椒酱中 ) 3, 巧用人名地名。
