President Tony and Michael attended the RCNA Nov GM and met the new board for 2019-2020. Among the new board mem-bers is a law student whom President Tony entrusted with the task of writing the new Bylaw for RCNA. It is time to consider how the club should take advantage of the 4 years university program.

The Hon Michael Tien, BBS, JP was the guest speaker at this Joint Dinner meet-ing of the clubs of Area 4. He spoke on the subject of Railways in HK, being the ex-Chairman of the MTRC.

Among them is the proposed railway network for western side of Hong Kong linking Tuen Mun to Lantao thence to HK Island. It was a very informative talk providing a big picture of the long term infrastructure network for Hong Kong.
