(Guidance and assistance) All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, the entirely Merciful, the especially Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgement, You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help, guide us to the straight path, the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favour, not of those who have evoked Your anger or of those who are astray.

(Salutation) O Allah! Send peace upon Muhammad, and the household of Muhammad, just as You sent peace upon Ibrahim and the household of Ibrahim. Verily, You are full of Praise and Majesty. O Allah! Send blessings upon Muhammad, and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim, and upon the family of Ibrahim. Verily, You are full of Praise and Majesty.

(Best of both worlds) O Allah! Grant us the good of this world and the good of the Hereafter.

اىل -4 نيىة ي ة كى ى ت ل دىؿض تي ى كى ؿ كىالجيح كىافى ايى كىاهف ىيؽل ال ى كى إ على

ءو كي ؿه ىىؽي ضى(Comprehensive Guidance) O Allah! Give us ability to do what You love and what You are satisfied with, in speech, actions, intentions and guidance, verily You have power over everything.

(Sayyidul-Istighfar) O Allah! You are my Rabb (Lord). There is no god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon.

(Comprehensive goodness) O Allah! I ask You for the good that Your slave and Prophet (Muhammad) has asked You for, and I seek refuge with You from all the evil which Your slave and Prophet (Muhammad) sought refuge from.

ىة ي ىـ ة ى كى ى ل جىفى(Comprehensive goodness) O Allah! We ask You for all that is good, in this world and in the Hereafter, what we know and what we do not know. O Allah! We seek refuge with You from all evil, in this world and in the Hereafter, what we know and what we do not know.

إن -8 ي ى اىل ي حى اىقةىل ة الى ى ة ىىؿبى كى ى إلحى ؿو و اىك ىى ى ذي كى خى يـ اىى ى ث ة الجةر ى ة ىىؿبى كى ى إلحى ؿو و ، اىك ىى ى ى اىف خى ي اىقةىل كى تى ى كي ةءو فى ينا ل ىىظى ى ، ػى ي اىقةىل ة كى يخى ل ى ىىظى اىف اىمؿو ى تى ىجىذى فى ا عى ريمؽن

(Salvation, Paradise)

O Allah! I ask You for Paradise and what brings me nearer to it of deeds and sayings. I seek refuge in You from Hell-Fire and what brings me near to it of deeds and sayings. I ask You for the good consequences of Your Decree, and I ask that whatever You have decided for me, make it’s end rightly guided.

(Goodness, victory, guidance) We have reached the morning, and in the morning the dominion belongs to Allah, the Lord of the universe. O Allah! I ask You for the good this day contains, for conquest, victory, light, blessing and guidance during it; and I seek refuge in You from the evil it contains and the evil contained in what comes after it.

11- ي ن اىل ـ أ ؿؾى ، على ؿؾى ، ذ كىمي ك ى كىظي د جىةدى ـ)Gratitude(

O Allah! help me to remember You, thank You, and worship You perfectly.

ت نىةغؿى -11 خى كىالىرض الك ي اى جيىة ف كى ة الد ني كىالػؿى ى دىة ن ك ةليى اىليي ك مي ثةلص

(Pious death) O Creator of the heavens and earth! You are my protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim and join me with the righteous.

(Comprehensive goodness) O Allah! Join our hearts, mend our social relationship, guide us to the path of peace, take us from darkness to light, save us from obscenity that which is open or secret, bless us in our ears, eyes, hearts, spouses and progeny, do pardon us, verily You are ever-accepting repentance, Most Merciful, make us grateful for Your bounties, praising it, accepting it, and complete it (bounties) upon us.

(All goodness) None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, the Forbearing, the Most Generous. Glory is to Allah, the Lord of the Mighty Throne. Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. O Allah! I ask You for the means of Your mercy and forgiveness, the benefit of every good deed and safety from all sins. I ask You not to leave any sin of mine but You forgive it, or any distress but You relieve it, or any sadness that You relieve it, or any hardship that You remove it or any need that is pleasing to You but You fulfill it, O the Most Merciful of all Merciful.

ـن رىب -14 ؿى اىف اىكز ي ى اىم ذى ى خى ات ف اىجفى ى على م كىعلى كىالدىاىف ى كى ى ةلنة اىخ ةقي صى ط دىؿطى اىص يت ف ل كى ى تيجخي إن ذير كى إلحىى إن يى ك ي ال

(Gratitude, ability of piety) My Lord! Enable me to be grateful for Your favour which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and (enable me) to do righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims.

ة رىب -15 ى ي ة ارحى ى بيىةن ى لين رى اصى(Parents) My Lord! Have mercy upon them as they brought me up (with mercy when I was) small.

ت رىب -16 ى ل ى ةليى الص

(Pious offspring) My Lord! Grant me (a child) from among the righteous.

ت رى -17 ى زكىاصىة كىذير بىة ى أ ىة ذييى لجى ي ىة ل و كىاصفى خيي

ىةى أ يةدىة ىيؿ

ة ن ة ى إ(Obedient family) Our Lord! Grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.

ت رىب -18 ل ى ى ي يحن لد يجىحن ذير ى غى ي إ آء ؿي قى ىـ الد (Pious children) My Lord! Grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.

19- ي م اىل دىيكي ف ب اػيكيو كي دىيكيى نىإف ىـ

كيو كي ىـى ىي ىكيه ىـ ى ي ي اىقةىل ةنىةةى اييسى كى فى ي جيىة ف كىال ة الد الػؿى

(Ease) O Allah! Be kind to me in making easy every difficulty, verily making difficulties easy is very easy for You, O Allah I seek from you easiness and well-being in this world and Hereafter.

عيى -21 ه ي ىة اصفى ي اىل(Total Success) O Allah! Make us successful.

اىل -21 لى ي فى ةصؿو تى ؽل هى حن ـ ى جيىة ف ة ف الد ى ث ةذي ايكىة كىالػؿى

(Protection against sinners) O Allah! Do not grant any bad person to do any favour upon me that I have to compensate for in this world and Hereafter.

إن -22 ي ى اىل ي اىقةىل ة ةءى ذي كى ، الىي نيضى يـ ى اى ث ة ةءى نيضى الش(Sudden goodness) O Allah! I seek from You sudden goodness and I seek refuge in You from sudden evil.

23- ي ى اىل ى ؽي ل ا الى ؿن ى مي ى ل ك ى نىظلن ال(Praise) O Allah! Praise is for You with gratefulness and there is obligation for You with greatness.

24- ي اىل ،، لب رى ف ت نى ظ كى ف آن ؾي ؿآف افى ن ثةيي ارحى ي اىل ة ل كىاصفى ن ة ى ي إ ل رناك ؽن ي رىحىحن ، ك ك ذى ي ي ؿن اىل ة ىىكيخي ، ن ن ىـ ي كى ة خي ، ى ىن صى دى كىارزي كى كى آىةءى دلى ي

الى آىةءى ي كى ، ةر الج حن ل اصفى ض ي رىب ية ظي ى ةل افى

(Blessings of Qur’an) O Allah! Grant me peace from my fear (of loneliness) in my grave. O Allah! Have mercy on me in the name of the great Quran, make it for me a guide and light, guidance and mercy. O Allah! Make me remember that of it which I have forgotten, make me know of it, that which I have become ignorant of. Make me recite it in the hours of the night and day. Make it an argument for me, O Sustainer of all the worlds.

(Relief) There is no God besides You. Glory be to You, indeed I am from the wrong-doers.

ة هذ ق تى بىفؽى(Funeral Dua) O Allah! Forgive those of us who are living and those of us who are dead, those of us who are present and those of us who are absent, our young and our old, our male and our female. O Allah! To whomsoever of us You give life grant him life as a believer, and whomsoever of us You give death take him in death as a follower of Islam. O Allah! Do not withhold from us the reward and do not test us after his death.

(Dua of Abu Darda RA)

O Allah! You are my Rabb (lord), there is no deity besides You. I put my trust in You and You are the Rabb of the Noble Throne. Whatever Allah wishes, happens. And whatever He does not wish, will not happen. And there is no power or defense except Allah`s, the most High, the Greatest of all. I know that definitely Allah has power over everything and that Allah has encompassed everything in knowledge. O Allah, I ask You protection against the evils of my nafs, and against the evils of all living things, that You only have complete power over them. Definitely my Rabb (lord) is on the right path.

(Dua of Anas bin Malik RA) I take the name of Allah upon myself and my Deen, I take the name of Allah upon my family, wealth and children, O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil of my nafs, and from the evil of every rebellious devil, and from the evil of every stubborn tyrant, But if they turn away, [O Muhammad], say, "Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the

Lord of the Great Throne,” Indeed, my protector is Allah, who has sent down the Book; and He is an ally to the righteous.

(Acceptance) Our Lord! Accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing; and accept our repentance, indeed You are Ever-Accepting Repentance, the Mmost Merciful.

(Salutation)

O Allah! Send peace upon Muhammad , and the household of Muhammad

O Allah! Grant Muhammad the high position of closeness to You on the day of Qiyamah.

(Salutation) O Allah! Send Your Grace, Honour, Mercy and Blessings upon the leader of the Messengers, the imam of the pious and the seal of the Prophets, Muhammad

, Your slave and Messenger, the Imam of the good (and the leader) of the good, and the Messenger of mercy. O Allah! Raise him to a station of praise and glory that will be the envy of the first and the last.

May Allah reward Muhammad on our behalf such a reward that he is worthy of.

peace upon the body of Muhammad among bodies, and send peace upon

the grave of Muhammad among graves.

ية ل كىال ى ى ي آتىيخى ، ا س ى إثؿى مي كى

(Salutation)

O Allah! Accept the great intercession of Muhammad and raise his lofty status, grant him his quest in the end and the beginning just as You granted (the prophets) Ibrahim and Musa.

7- ي اىل صى ؽو على ى مي ؽو آؿ كعلى ى ةث مي اىصعى دق ك اىكلى كى اى كى

ج يذكىذير ثىيذ مي كى ي ـ اىتجىة كى ـ اىميىة اىجىفيى يىة كى ي فى ى ىيىة ىـ كىيى اح ى الؿ اىرظى

(Salutation)

O Allah! Bestow special mercy on our noble Master Muhammad , his family, companions, children, inmates of his house, descendants near and remote,

friends, followers, adherents and on us along with all of them, O the Most Merciful of the Merciful.

8- ي اىل صى ى على كى يى ك الى ف ؽو مي صى ى على ى ي ؿ ػ ال ف ؽ مي كى صى ى على كى يى بي الج ف ؽو مي صى ى على يى ف ؽو مي ؿقى ي كى ال

صى ى على ف ؽو مي ى ال ـ عل الى لى الد إل يى ي

(Salutation)

O Allah! Bestow mercy upon Muhammad in the first and in the last, bestow

mercy upon Muhammad among all prophets and messengers, bestow

mercy upon Muhammad in the supreme gathering till the day of resurrection.

9- ي اىل ؽو على صى ى جؽؾى مي خى ى كىرىقي كى ، ل صى يى على ؤ ي اليى ك ي ال ىةت كى ؤ ي ال ةت كى ى ك ي ال كى

(Salutation)

O Allah! Bestow mercy upon Muhammad your slave and messenger, and bestow mercy upon the believing men and women.

اىل -11 ي ىة ىبيىة اصفى ة لجى ك نىؿىغن طى ىة ظى ا ، لجى ردن مى ي ىةاىل اظشيد ف مؿى ىة زي نذ كىاقذىف ىة بكي ذ ى دى كى ىة ف مذ على د كىاصفى مؿى زي

ب ـ ، كىظ ي ىة اجىؿ اىل بىيى ثىيى ة كى ى ة ث ى ى آ ى ل لى ىؿىق كى ىة كى ؿ تى

ؤيىذى ىةف ري لى ف ال ؿ كى ىة ؽ تيهى بىيى ثىيى ت كى ىة ظى ى ديؽػى ؽػى يىة كىاصػفى آا يى ذى ؽ يى الجبيػ ؿى ػى ػر ى يييى كىالص آء ػكىالن ؽى

ةليى ى كىالص كي كىظىيى أ ذييةن كلخ رى

(Salutation)

O Allah! Make our Nabi a preceding reward for us, make his pond for us a place of drinking, resurrect us in his group, use us according to his Sunnah, grant us death upon his group, make us from his group, O Allah! Gather us with him just as we have believed in him whilst not seeing him, don’t deprive us his countenance in Jannah, do not seperate us until we enter his gate, make us among his friends, with the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs and the pious, and excellent are those companions.

11- ي اىل صى ؽو على ى ة مي ى ؿىق كي ى ك ذى ؿي ا فى ، كى ال صى ؽو على ى ميى هى ة دى ى كي ؿق خى ا ذ ةني فى لى

(Salutation)

O Allah! Bestow mercy upon Muhammad each time rememberers remember him, and bestow mercy upon Muhammad each time the heedless forget him.

12- ي اىل ةن صى لى صى مىحن ، كىقى ة كى ن لى ة قى دىة ي على ؽىةقى ىػ ،ؽو ميل اىل ؽي ثػ تىعى يى ؿجي ث افي تىهى ػؿىبي ، كى ي تييض ا ث كى

ىااشي ، تيىةؿي الى اتي ث كى ي الؿغى ك يكتىكق كىظي ي ، كى اتي ى اػؼى

(Durood e Nariyya) O Allah! Bestow complete blessings and perfect peace which is endless on

Muhammad , our master, through which may all troubles and tortures be over, calamities ended, and all our needs fulfilled, all our cherished desires attained, and good ends achieved, the clouds are laden with water through his glorious countenance, may peace and blessings be on his household, and his Companions every instance and breath, the number equal to the count of all things in your Knowledge.

(Durood Tunjina) O Allah! Bestow blessings upon Sayyidina Muhammad , such blessings by means of which You may relieve us of all anxieties and calamities, You may satisfy all our needs, You may clean us of all evils and through which You may grant us high position and high rank and status in Your presence, and You may lead us to the utmost limit of our aspirations and capacity in whatever is best

بىة اكهؿ ل -1 يى رى ؤ ي ل م كى ىالدى ل كى يي ىـ حى ةبي يى يـ الكى(Forgiveness) Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents and the believers the day the account is established.

ىةدينة ح -2 ي فىة ىة قى بىة إج ح لل لىةد رىةف أ ب ى ا ثؿى ي ةف آ ى نىآ سي

(Forgiveness) Our Lord! Indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith, (saying), 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed.

3- ي ىة ذي بىة نىةكهؿ لجى ه رى كى ي بىىة كى ة قى ؿى ال ؿ خى ى ىة ذ ى دى ابىةدىة كى ر ثؿى(Forgiveness) Our Lord! So forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous.

ؽ -4 ىـ ة كى ى آدىة بىة كى رى ى لى تىة على ح إ ى ىـ اييىة ىة يى ـ لى تي ى كى ريقي

ي مي ال ةدتي فى(Forgiveness) Our Lord! Grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not fail in [Your] promise.

5- ي ىة ذي ىة ف ربىة اكهؿ لجى اذى إسى زىج بىىة كى مؿىة كىىىة كى أ ى ا ىؽى

ىىة ا خ أ صي

نؿي ـ اكى ى ايى ى على(Forgiveness) Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and the excess (committed) in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.

بىة -6 كيىة إف ديؤىاػؾىة لى رى ىة اىك نأ بىة اىػػى لى رى كى

ىيىة تى إصان ىـة ى ىذى ى حى ى على ي ال ىة ج بىة رى لى رى ىة كى ى

ة تي ةىىحى لى ى ىة غى لجىة كىاخمي ث ىة كىاكهؿ خى ىة لجى خى كىارحى لىىة اى ىة مى نىةصي على

ـ ى ايى نؿي اكى

(Mercy and Forgiveness) O Allah! Take us not to task if we forget or err. O Allah! Place not upon us a heavy burden as You had placed upon those before us. Our Lord! And burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our Protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.

(Forgiveness) O my Lord! Forgive me.

ب -8 ىة ذيي رى ىة نىةكهؿ لجى ؿ خى ه كى يبىةدىةبىىة كى ذ ة قى ى دى ار كى ثؿىىؿى ال ى ىة

يوم السبت

(Forgiveness) Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous.

9- ىة نذىحن فى بىة لى تى ك رى ؿي هى ى زى ي بىة ل ىة رى ى ا كىاكهؿ لجى خى إى أ

يـ ي ـ ي افى ي الى

(Forgiveness) Make us not a (test and) trial for the unbelievers, but forgive us, our Lord! For You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

إن إن -11 ى كى ى تيجخي إلحى يى ك ي ال

(Forgiveness) Verily I have turned to You, and I am one of those who have submitted to You.

رى -11ى كىأ يي الؿ ب اكهؿ كىارظى يى خى ػى اح

(Forgiveness) My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the Mercifull.

ب -12 رى ىة ي لجى دىىةىة أ ىة إ رى

كىاكهؿ لجى ءو ىىؽي ى على ضى ؿه كي

(Forgiveness) Our Lord! Perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent.

بىة -13 ة ىةإج رى ى ىة نىةكهؿ آ بىىة لجى ي ىىة ذي ابى كى ؾى الجةر ىـ(Forgiveness, salvation) Our Lord! Indeed we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

يوم السبت

بىة -14 ىة رى ى ىة ؽى كى إف اىجهي كى ى ىة تىلهؿ ل ىة لجى دىؿحى كى جى ي ى ى لجى ى ي الىةس

(Forgiveness) Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.

بىة -15 كىقفخى رى ءو كي ة رحىحن ضى ن ـ نىةكهؿ ك ى لل ا ي ا دىةثي جىفي كىاتى بيى قى ى ابى كى ؾى ، ىـ بىة الىعي رى ي اىدػ ةت كى ؽف صى ف ىـ

ات ي ؽت ىـ كى ى ىطى كى صى آثىةا اص اىزكى كى يةد رى كىذي إ

خى ي اى ـ ي يـ افى ي ي الى ى ي كى بىآت الك ى ي دىو كى بؾو بىآت الك ى يىؽ يى ى رىحذى ذى ى كىذل زي ي ي اهى ؾي افى

(Forgiveness) Our Lord! You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire, Our Lord, and admit them to gardens of perpetual residence which You have promised them and whoever was righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. And protect them from the evil consequences (of their deeds). And he whom You protect from evil consequences that Day - You will have given him mercy. And that is the great attainment.

خى -16 لح ىة اى ىة نىةكهؿ كى ىة لجى خى كىارحى اى يي كى ةنؿي ػى ذيت ى ،الى ا كىىة ؾق ف لجى جيىة ىحن الد كى ف ظى ى ك ؽىآ إلحى ي ة إة الػؿى

(Forgiveness, guidance) You are our Protector, so forgive us and have mercy upon us; and You are the Best of Forgivers. And decree for us in this world (that which is) good and (also) in the Hereafter; indeed, we have turned back to You.

17- ي ػيئىت، ل اكهؿ اىل ل، ػى اف كىصى إسى ة اىمؿل ، ف كى ى خى كى اىي ى ـ ن ث اى

(Forgiveness) O Allah! Forgive my errors, ignorance and immoderation in my affairs. You are better aware of my faults than myself.

بىة -18 ىة اكهؿ رى ىاىة لجى لػ ى كى ح ىة ال جىيي ةف قى ى ح لى ثةل كى فى ف تىبىة ي ح كلن ىي ى ل ي ى بىة اآ ى رى كؼه إ ه رىؤي رظي

(Forgiveness) Our Lord! Forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts (any) resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord! Indeed You are Kind and Merciful.

19- ى كى ى ي ل ى ك ىة مي بىة كىاصفى رىة ذير رىىى كىأ حن ى ك حن يتىة أي

ىى أ يىآ إ

ى ىـ ديت ىة كى ى ىةق ابي الؿظي ى ي خى الت(Ibadah)

يوم السبت

Our Lord! make us Muslims (in submission) to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation (in submission) to You; And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful.

م ل اكهؿ رىب -21 ىالدى ل كى ى ل ى كى نة ثىيتى دىػى ؤ يى مي ؤ ي ل كىةت ؤ ي ال كى

(General Forgiveness) My Lord! Forgive me, my parents and whoever enters my house as a believer; and (forgive) the believing men and believing women.

21- ي ؽ اىل ـ بىيى ثىيي ثىة ةيىةمى كى ػى ة ػى ى ؽتى ى ىـ ؽ بىيى ثىة ش ى اللؿب ى ال كى ي اك اىل ةيىةمى ك ػى ةء ػى ى ش ثةل ىيي كىالث ىد ، كى كىابى

ى ةيىة ة الىػى ى يخى ى بى جىي ى الىبيىضى الث ىف ن الد

(Forgiveness, guidance, sustenance) O Allah! Create a distance between me and my sins, just as the distance You have created between the east and the west. O Allah! Wash away my sins with water snow and ice. O Allah! Purify me from my sins, just as a white garment is purified from filth.

22- ي ؽن، كىارحىي ، ،ل اكهؿ اىل ا نن، كى ن كىعى ىن كىاصبي ،كىارزيفن كىارذى

(Forgiveness, guidance, sustenance)

يوم السبت

O Allah! Forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, guard me against harm and provide me with sustenance, improve my situation and raise my status.

23- ي ؿ ه اك اىل ي ل كى يى ؤ كى ةت ى ؤ ي ال كى يى ك ي ل ، ةت ى ك ي الىاىة ات ى م الى كى ي ء آيى ظ اىلى لػ ى ، كى ي ىة ال جىيي ةف قى ى ي لى ثةل كى

ػ فى بىة ف تى ي ى كل ىي يػ ا ل ي ى بىة آ ى رى ه رىؤيكؼه إ رظػي

(Forgiveness of all)

O Allah! Forgive the believing men and women, the living among them and the dead, Our Lord! Forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord! Indeed You are Kind and Merciful.

اى -24 ي ؿ ل اكهؿ ل يق ل ذىب كىكىق يت ػي كب كىغى ى فن ل ىى كىة ى رذىن ، ث لى رىزى ت كى ىب ديؾ ءو إل غى ذذى ضى ن صى ىـ

(Forgiveness) O Allah! Please forgive all my sins, and better my character, bless and clean my rizq (the earnings which You bestow unto me), and grant me the satisfaction of whatever You bestow unto me, and do not make my heart follow that which You have abstained from me.

25- ي ؽل ل اكهؿ اىل ى خى ئ كى ػى ب كىػى ي ذي(Forgiveness) O Allah! Forgive my sins, intentional and unintentional.

يوم السبت

26- ي ذىب ل اكهؿ اىل لى كىص دى كي اىك آػؿىق كى يىذى كى ىـلى كىه وسر

(Forgiveness) O Lord! Forgive (me) all my sins, small and great, the first and last, the open and secret.

إن -27 ي خي اىل ى ة جىهط ؽى ن لى ؽي سيناك لهؿي ى حى ي خى إل بى ال اىةن ل نىةكهؿ لهؿى ى ؽؾى ، ى كىارحىي ـ خى إ ري اى هي ي الى الؿظي

(Forgiveness) O Allah! Verily I have wronged myself much and there is none who forgives sins except You. Grant me forgiveness from You and have mercy on me for You are the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

رىب -28 ج بىت تىيى ، دى بىت كىاكك اىصت ، ظى ت كى ى ـ زىجخ كى ، دىت ض ؽ ، ظي ا ب كى د كىقى ىى ةن ؽ ، لكى حى كىاقي ى ؼي ؽرل قى صى

(Forgiveness) My Lord! Accept my repentance, wash away my sin, answer my supplication, clearly establish my evidence, guide my heart, make true my tongue and draw out the malice in my breast.

اكهؿ -29 ي ىة اىل ىة لجى ة كىارضى كىارحى اىدػىة خى حى كى ىة الى نى ى كى

ط الجةر اىص ىة كى جىىة لجىأ مى كي

(Forgiveness and salvation)

يوم السبت

O Allah! Forgive us and have mercy on us, be pleased with us and admit us to Paradise; and save us from Hell; and rectify all our affairs.

اكهؿ -31 ي ة ل اىل خي ى ة ىىؽ ى ؿتي ، كى ة اىػ ى رتي كى ة اىسى ى خي كى ى ـ اىة ى خى كى ي اى ى ـ ن ث اى

(Forgiveness) O Allah! Grant me pardon for those sins which I committed in the past and I may commit in future, which I committed in privacy or in public and all those sins of which You are better aware than me.

ى -31 ى بي إلحى إن اىدي ي فىةص اىل ى ة اىرصؿي لى ال ى ا الحى اىثىؽن(Repentance) O Allah! I repent to You from all sins and I shall never return to them ever.

ى -32 دي لهؿى ى ي ؿي اىل اىكقى ي ى ب ذي رىحىذي ؽل اىرج كى ـ ل ى خى

(Repentance) O Allah! Your forgiveness is greater than my sins and my hope in Your mercy is greater to me than my actions.

اىل -33 ى ي إ هي ت خى ى تي ه ىـي نىةخمي افى

(Repentance) O Allah! You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me.

ديت ل اكهؿ رىب -34 كى ى ى على خى إ ي اى ابي الؿظي الت

يوم السبت

(Repentance) O my Lord! Forgive me, and accept my repentance. Verily, You accept repentance and are Most Forgiving.

35- ي ل اكهؿ اىل ـ ى ل كى ل صؽ

(Forgiveness) O Allah! Forgive my faults which I committed in seriousness or in fun.

ى اللى اىقذىلهؿي -36 ؾي م افى ى ل إ لى إ لى ال بي احى ي يـ كىأدي ي ايى إلحى

(Repentance) I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Magnificent, whom there is none worthy of worship but Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of All Existence, and I repent to him.

اكهؿ -37 ي ل اىل ؿ ب ،ذى كىق بىةرؾ دىارل ، ف ل كى رزق ف ل كى(Forgiveness, sustanance) O Allah! Forgive my sins and widen my home; and grant barakah in my rizq (sustenance).

ابيى -38 ى الت ن اصفى ي ى اىل ن ى كى اصفى ؿي ذىػى ي ال (Forgiveness, Purity) O Allah! Make me among those who repent and purify themselves.

بىة -39 ة رى ى ىة نىةكهؿ آ ىة لجى خى كىارحى اى يي كى يى ػى اح الؿ(Forgiveness)

يوم السبت

Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy.

يى -41 اح يي الؿ خى ػى اى كى رىب اكهؿ كىارظى(Forgiveness, Mercy) My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of all who show mercy.

41- ي ن ل اكهؿ اىل اىدػن كىارحى حى كى الى(Forgiveness, Mercy) O Allah! Forgive me and have mercy upon me and grant me entry into Jannah.

ةري -42 ه ن ، يىة اكهؿ يىة دى ي ارحى ، يىة رىح ى ابي ديت على ل ، يىة دىرؤيؼ ب ، يىة رىب

ين ، يىة رىؤيكؼي أ ىـ اخمي هي ن خى ـ اىف اىكز

ؿى اى ي ى م ذى ى خى ات ف اىجفى ، كىغى ى د على جىةدى ـ ى ك ى ىن ظي(Forgiveness & gratitiude) O the Forgiver forgive me, O the Grantor of pardons pardon me, My Lord! O the Most Benevolent forgive me, overlook my faults, O the Kind! Be kind to me, O my Sustainer! Enable me to be grateful for Your favour which You have bestowed upon me and grant me the ability to worship You well.

(Forgiveness) O Allah! I have wronged myself, forgive me.

ل اى -44 خي جىهط ن إ ي ى ى ؽى ة ن لهؿي لى ك اسين ؽي ي حى خى ال ى بى إل أ

ى ل نىةكهؿ ةن ؽؾى كىار لهؿى ن ـ هي حى خى الىىى أ ي الؿظي ري ، إ

(Forgiveness) O Allah! Verily I have wronged myself much and there is none who forgives sins except You. Grant me forgiveness from You and have mercy on me, for You are the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

ل اى -45 إن ي قذىلهؿيؾى مى ة تيجخي أ ي ثي ى يـؽت إلحى ذي

ي أ ى ل ى ثك ثي ى ، ؼ ل

قذىلهؿيؾى ىى ، كىأ فصيىذ ى ة على ى يخي ث ات تىيى فى قذىلهؿيؾى ل

ىيو أ ن ث ػى ةىػى ى نىؼى ى ى ذي كىص ى ة ىيفى ل ى

(Forgiveness, repentence) O Allah! I seek Your forgiveness for those wrongdoings for which I had turned repentant unto you but have done again. I seek your forgiveness for those deeds which I pledged to do for you but have not fulfilled it, and I seek Your forgiveness for my taking advantage of the bounties, You gave me, in order to disobey You, I seek your forgiveness for those deeds which I planned to do for your sake only but afterwards other interests not connected with You crept in.

Sunday

1- ي ى إن اىل ي ؾى اىقةىل جىت نكى رى ى رى الجةر ي ـي اىل ى ا ات على ؿى ى دىت ى ات ال ؿى ى ت كىقى ى ال

(Easy death) O Allah! I seek from You freedom from hell-fire, O Allah! Help me in the throes of death and the agony of death.

2- ي اىليي كىارحىي ل اكهؿ اىل ذيو كى الىعل ثةلؿ(Good death) O Allah! Forgive me and have mercy on me and join me with the highest company.

ص -3ىى أ ث ي اىل ي ى جى

ب يىة كى ى نىب يىة ، كى مكى

ىى أ

ب ى جىعىة كى إلحى تي كى صيي ال ى

(Praises) O Allah! We enter the evening with You and we enter the morning with You and we live by You and we die by You and to You is the return.

ى ىن رىب -4 اثى ؾى ىـ ىـ جىةدىؾى تىجفىري يى ـ(Safety from punishment) O Allah! Save me from Your punishment on the Day when You resurrect Your slaves.

الأحديوم ا

5- ي ذي إن اىل يـ ى اى ث ت ى ذي كى ال يـ ى اى ث ت الى(Good death) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from a death of anxiety and I seek refuge in You from a death of grief.

بىة -6 ة اصؼ رى ابى خى ؾى ى ىـ ى ة إف صى ى ابى ؾى فى ىـ ة كى ى ة إج ن ا ؿى كىت آءى ا قى ؿ كذىيى ة مي ن ة يى ي ك

(Safety from punishment) Our Lord! Avert from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, it’s punishment is ever-adhering, indeed it is evil as a settlement and residence.

7- ى ى بىة إ يذىديؽػ رى ىـ ػىؽ أ يى يى الجةرى ذى ةل ة لؾ ى كى

ى أ ةرو صى

(Akhirah) Our Lord! Indeed whoever You admit to the Fire – You have disgraced him, and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.

اىل -8 ذي إن ي يـ ى اى ث ة ةءى ضى ت اهي

(Protection against sudden death) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from a sudden death.

(Best of everything) O Allah! I seek from You the best of what is asked for, the best of the prayers, the best of success, the best of actions, the best of rewards, the best of lives, the best of deaths and firmness. Make heavier for me the side of my virtues, make my faith sincerest, exalt my degree and accept my prayers. I ask from You the highest levels of Jannah, Aameen! O Allah! I seek from You the minimum and the maximum bounds of goodness and the highest standards of it, the first and the last, its apparent and its secret. O Allah! I seek from You the good of such things that I bring and the good things that I put into action, the good that is invisible in it and the good that is visible in it.

(Humility, Helplessness) O Allah! You hear my speech and behold my situation. You know my secret and open matters. None of my affairs are concealed from You! And I am the distressed needy petitioner, refuge seeker, fearful and anxious person who confesses and recognizes his sins. I beg You - the begging of a destitute. I implore You - the imploring of a belittled sinner. And I make Dua to You - the Dua of a fearful afflicted person, whose neck is bowed down before You, whose body is humbled before You and whose nose touches the ground for You. O Allah! Do not make me disappointed in my prayer to You, be benevolent and merciful to me O The Best of Whom anything is asked, and The Best of Givers.

(Death on Iman) O Allah! Grant peace to me within You and enter me under Your mercy, and make my entire life to pass in Your obedience, and end my life on the best of actions and grant paradise as its reward.

اىل -12 ىـ كىصه ثىيض ي قي دىبيىض يى يصي ال(Beauty in Qiyamah)

O Allah! Whiten my face on the Day when (some) faces will be whitened.

اىل -13 زىجخ ي نى ىـ ىىؽى ؿ يى ـ دى يـ ذي ا الىىؽى(Steadfastness in Qiyamah) O Allah! Make firm my feet, the day when feet shall slip.

ةليى اىل -14 جىةدىؾى الص ـ ة ديؤت ى ى آدن اىنظى ي (Special grace)

بىة -15 ىيىة اىنؿغ رى ا ىـ بن زىجخ صى ىة ك ى ا ىة اىىؽى كىاصي ـ على ايىفىة ى قى نؿي فىة اكى اىغى ى كى اى هؿى بىة كي ى رى إلحى صيي كى ى ال

(Fortitude) O Allah! Bestow patience upon us, make our feet firm and give us victory over the disbelievers.

ى اىدػي رىب -16 ؽػى اىػؿصن صؽؽو ي جى ك ؿى صؽؽو مي اصفى ل ك ى ي ةنة لد ػى صينا قي

(Divine Help) My Lord! Cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit; and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.

كي ى اىن رىب -17 خى الض مى اى ي كى احيى اىرظى الؿ(Relief) My Lord! An illness has afflicted me and You are The Most Merciful.

ى يىة -18 يى اىرظى اح ني ، الؿ ى كؿه ى حو كي ثى ةصى ظى(Fulfilment of all needs)

O The Most Merciful of all mercifuls! Every need is presented before You (alone).

ى -19 قى لى ي ة إل اىل ذى ى فى لن صى ي كأخى قى فى لن تى فى قى ـ إذىا الى مبخى

(Ease) O Allah! There is no ease except in that which You have made easy; and You make difficulties/sadness easy, if You wish.

21- ي ى اىل ي بان ىىؿيجةن نىؿىصةن اىقةىل يلن كىصى رزىةن جى ة كى اقفن ةذيىحى ك افى ك ى ي اىقةىل يؿ الىلآء كى ةذ جى ىـ افى ة ى ى تى ي اىقةىل ةذيىح يىح كى ىـ افى ا دىكى

ؿى على ى الن ي اىقةىل ةذيىح كى ى افى ي اىقةىل الن كى ؿى الجةس ىـ ظى كىلىةى ىي لى ل ثةلل إل كى افى ؾي افى

(Many Blessings) O Allah! I ask You relief (that is soon), beautiful patience, abundance in sustenance, well-being from all afflictions, I seek from You complete well-being, well-being that is everlasting. I seek thankfulness upon well-being. I seek from You independence from people. There is no power and might except from You (Allah) the Most High, the Great.

(Help) O Allah! Make me from those that depend upon You and that You are sufficient for him, and from those that seek guidance from You that You have guided, and from those that seek help from You that You have helped.

(Guidance) O Allah! Our hearts, our foreheads and the limbs of our bodies are in Your hands, we do not possess them at all. Thus, (since You’ve done that) be our protector and guide us to the straight path.

((Qunoot e Nazila My Lord! Guide me and make me among those whom You have guided. Forgive me and make me among those whom You have forgiven. Take charge of me and make me among those whom You have taken charge of. Bless me in whatever You have granted me. Save me from the undesirable consequences of Your decisions, for indeed You are The Decider, no one can decide against You. Indeed, whoever is in Your charge shall never be humiliated and whoever is Your enemy shall never find strength. Blessed are You, My Lord, High above (all others). We ask for Your forgiveness and repent

to You. May Blessings be upon the (unlettered) Nabi , O Allah! Forgive the believers (Muslims) male and female, join their hearts, mend their social relationship, help them against your enimies and theirs. O Allah! Curse the disbelievers (those) who prevent (believers) from your path, deny your messengers and fight your friends. O Allah! Put differences amongst them and make them falter in their footsteps and send upon them your punishment, the one you would not turn away from transgressors and criminals.

(Halal sustenance, to be recited 70 times) O Allah! Make what is lawful enough for me, as opposed to what is unlawful and spare me by Your grace, from those besides You.

2- ي لى زدىة اىل صىة، كى ىة تىيي اىكؿ لى كى ة، كى ػىة دي ـ اى لى كى ىة، كى ؿ تىآزؿىة لى كى ىيىة، ديؤزؿ كى اىرطىة ىـ ة كىارضى كى خى

(Increase) O Allah! Increase us )in Your Blessings and Rewards( and do not decrease us, honour us and do not humiliate us, give us (from Your Gifts) and do not deprive us, be in favour of us and not against us, and make us satisfied and be satisfied with us.

3- ي ى اذذىط اىل ىةأثابى رىحىذ لجى ىة كىقى لجىىى أ ى رزى بى اث

(Sustenance) O Allah! Open for us the doors of Your mercy and make easy (open) for us the doors of Your Sustenance.

)Gratefulness(

O Allah! Whatever has reached me this morning of a bounty or anybody else of Your creation is from You alone, You have no partner. Indeed all praise and gratefulness is due to You alone.

5- ي اىل ؿى اصفى ى ر اىكقى زى ى ؽى على ـ ةع ، قن بى ؿل كىايػى خي(Sustenance) O Allah! Make my sustenance the most plentiful during my old age and (at the time of the) terminating portion of my life.

6- ي ى إن اىل ي مى كىكىة كىةمى اىقةىل لى مى(Independence) O Allah! I seek from You independence for me and my dependants.

7- ي ى إن اىل ي ة اىقةىل ن ذىيى ـ ىلن خى ة ك ي ةنفن لن غى لى رزىنة ظى جنةجلن ك(Sustenance, acceptance & knowledge) O Allah! I seek from You beneficial knowledge, acceptable deeds and pure halal provision.

ة إن رىب -8 ى خى ل ىـ اى إلى يو نىييه ػى(Special blessings) My Lord! Indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need.

ال كى لدى ي ى ةؿ دى لى الظ كى ظ ي ال(Blessings and favours) O Allah! I ask You for the righteous of what You give to people, of wealth, wives, and children, not (to be) misguided, nor misguiding.

ى لجىة ل ك آيىحن آػؿىة كى كى

ىرىة كىأ ازريى ى كىارزي يي الؿ خى ػى

(Sustenance) Our Lord! Send down to us a table (spread with food) from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, for You are The Best of Providers.

اىل -11 ي ى نىةرجى ال ممى الى ي ، كى ؿ ، مي ظػى ي ةى ال ى ـ ى ، ي تى دىة ، كى رىح جيىة كىالػؿى يي ، نىةرحىي رىحىحن رىظي ى الد خى دىؿحى

ي ل ر ي تي ة خى ى ىاؾى ث ق ى حىح (Debt) O Allah! The Soother of anxiety and grief. Granter of the prayer of distressed people, the Merciful of both (world and Akhirah). You alone can have true mercy upon me, so have mercy upon me, such mercy that I may no longer stand in need of the kindness of others.

(Chastity, character & health) O Allah! I ask You for health, restraint, trustworthiness, good character and contentment with (Your) Decree.

قمه ثفجىةد ىػي للي اى -13 ى يىؿزيؽي ةءي ي ى ،نى ي م كى ي ايى ـ يـ افى(70 times-Debt) Allah is subtle with His servants; He gives provisions to whom He wills. And He is The Powerful, The Exalted in Might.

(Protection from Haram) O Allah! Save us from Haram wherever it may be and by whomsoever it may be. And resolve between us and those involved in it.

(Comprehensive Benefits) O Allah! Allocate for us a share of reverential fear of You that will come between us and disobedience of You; and a share of obedience to You which will cause us to obtain Your Paradise; and a share of certainty which shall make the afflictions of the world easy for us. Grant us the enjoyment of our hearing, and our seeing and our strength as long as You keep us alive, and make it the inheritor of us. And let Our vengeance be upon those who have wronged us. Aid us against those who show enmity towards us. Do not make our affliction in our religion, and do not make this world our greatest concern or the limit of our knowledge. Do not give power over us to those who will not have mercy on us.

You are the Truth, and Your promise is true, and Your Speech is The Truth, and meeting You is the Truth, and Paradise is true and Hell (Fire) is true, all the prophets are true,

Muhammad is true, and the (final) Hour is true. O Allah! I surrender to You, believe in You, depend upon You, repent to You, in Your cause do I fight and with Your orders do I rule. So please forgive my past and future sins and those sins which I commited in secret or in public. You are The Promoter and The Delayer. It is You whom I worship, None has the right to be worshipped except You.

(Overall sufficiency) O Allah! Lord of the seven skies, and The Mighty Throne, be sufficient for me in all affairs however You desire, from where You desire. Allah is sufficient for me in my Deen, in my dunya (affairs), in all that which is essential to me. Allah is sufficient for me against those who transgress me. Allah is sufficient for me against those jealous of me. Allah is sufficient for me against those who intend evil with me. Allah is sufficient for me at the time of death. Allah is sufficient for me at the reckoning in the grave. Allah is sufficient for me at the scale. Allah is sufficient for me upon the bridge. Allah is sufficient for me there is no god but Him alone, upon Him I rely and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.

O Allah! Make easy for us our affairs with satisfaction in our hearts and bodies, with peace and well-being in our Deen and dunya, be a companion in our journey and a deputy (carer) incharge of our family. Obliterate the faces of our enimies, become for us our guide and helper. Sufficient is Allah as an ally and sufficient is Allah as a helper. You are my Lord, You are sufficient for me. You are my helper in this world and Akhirah. I entrust my affairs to Allah, Indeed, Allah is Ever-Seeing of (His) servants.

Upon Allah we rely, Our Lord! Do not place us with the wrongdoing people and save us by Your Mercy from the disbelieving people.

بىة -2 ى رى ىي ىة ىـ ى ى دى إلحى ىبىة كى ى ى ا إلحى ىصيي ، كى بىة ال ىة لى رى فى تى نذىحن ى ي ك ل ؿي هى ىة كىاكهؿ ازى بىة لجى ى رى خى إ ي اى ـ ي يـ افى ي الى

(Safety from fitnah) Our Lord! Upon You we have relied, and to You we have returned, and to You is the destination, Our Lord! Make us not (objects of) torment for the disbelievers and forgive us, our Lord. Indeed, it is You who is The Exalted in Might, The Wise.

3- ي ى إن اىل ي ةذيىحى اىقةىل جيىة ف افى الد ي ة ، اىل ى إن كىالػؿى ي اىقةىلى ه ةذيىحى افى ةل ديي ف كىافى ى ل كى اى جيىةمى كى كىدي

(Safety from fitnah) O Allah! I seek from You well-being in this world and Akhirah. O Allah! I seek from You forgiveness and well-being in my Deen and worldly affairs, in my family and wealth.

يى -4 ةل ـ اؾ ؿى ايى ى ىة فى بىة لى تى رى(Protection) Our Lord! Do not place us with the wrongdoing people.

(Victory) Our Lord! Decide between us and our people with truth, and You are The Best of Deciders.

ن رىب -6 اصي ـ على هكؽح ايى ي ى ال(Help against enemies) My Lord! Support me against the mischievous people.

يتىن اىخػى(Protection) O Allah! Do not abandon me to myself for a moment and do not take away from me the good that You have given me.

(Protection) O Allah! Cover my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay. O Allah! Preserve me from the front and back. Protect me from my right left and from above. I seek refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth.

، ي ؿ الد رى ةؿ الؿ كى صى(Protection from debt) O Allah! I seek refuge with You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being overpowered by debt and from domination of men.

ى جىهك(Safety) O Allah! I seek refuge in Your Pleasure from Your Wrath. I seek refuge in Your Forgiveness from Your Punishment. I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot praise You enough, You are as You have praised Yourself.

(Protection from devils) I seek refuge with the complete words of Allah from His anger, His punishment and the evil of His slaves. And (I seek refuge) from the evil suggestions of shayatin and from their being present.

(Protection from oppression & deviation) O Allah! I seek refuge in You lest I stray or be led astray, or slip or made to slip, or cause injustice, or suffer injustice, or do wrong, or have wrong done to me.

يى دى هذي ى فو ،ى ي اىقةىل ى كى ج ت ظي كىظي ى ى ج ت يي و كىظي ى خىبيي ؿ يى ى إل ح ج ظي

(Love of Allah and poor) O Allah! I ask You for good actions and for leaving what is disapproved of; and the love of the poor. And if You wish to test people, then bring me to You without being tried. I ask You for Your love, the love of those who love You and the love of deeds which will cause me to attain Your love.

15- ي إة اىل ى ذي جىفي ث اب ؾى ى ىـ ى ى ذي جىفي كى صى ث اب ؾى ىـب ذي كى ايى ى جىفي ث كي نذىح ى ةؿ ط ال ص ذي كى الد ى جىفي ث نذىح

عيىة ى ةت ال ى ى ال ذي كى كى ى جىفي ى ث ل ال ى ال كى أزى ـى ؿى(Protection from harm & evil) O Allah! We seek refuge in You from the punishment of jahannam and the grave. We seek refuge in You from the fitna (trial) of dajjaal. We seek refuge in You from the afflictions of life and death and we seek refuge with You from sins and from debt.

ةذيىحى -16 جيىة ف اىقةىؿي اللى افى ة كىا الد لػؿى(Safety) I seek from Allah well-being in dunya and Akhirah.

ح ،كىالك فى ذي كى يىةء كىالؿ يـ ى اى ى ث ى الص كىالىسى ي الي ف كى ـ ا ىص كىاليؾى ي كىابى ـ ء كىقى ة الىقيى

(Protection from all evils) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from hard-heartedness, heedlessness, insufficiency, humiliation and poverty. I seek refuge in You from poverty, kufr, lewdness, discord, fame, show. I seek refuge in You from deafness, from being mute, from insanity, leprosy, vitiligo and all dreadful diseases.

18- ي ذي إن اىل يـ ى اى ث ى ، زىكىاؿ ذ ى ؿ ف ى تى ى ، كى ذيىذ عىة ةءى نيضى ى ، كى ذ ى ي ي ى ؿ كىجى ػ ؼى قى

(Safety from retrogression) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the withholding of Your favour, from the change of Your Protection (from me), from the suddenness of Your Wrath and from all forms of Your Displeasure.

19- ي ذي إن اىل يـ ى اى ث ػ، شى قى كى م ، شى ثىصى كى شىةن ، لكى كى ب ، شى ىى كى شى ي ى

(Protection from own evil) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I hear, from the evil of what I see, from the evil of what I speak, from the evil of what I think (in my heart) and from the evil of my semen.

(Protection from bad moments & company) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from a bad day, from a bad night, from a bad moment, from a bad companion and from a bad neighbour in this abode.

21- ي ذي إن اىل يـ ى اى ى ث ةؽ يى ةؽ الن كىالجهى ؽ الىػلى ء كىقي(Protection from vices) O Allah! I seek refuge with You from opposing the truth, hypocrisy and bad manners.

ي -22 ص ـ ا ي ى اىل ةف يػى الن الؿصي(Safety) O Allah! Protect me from Shaytan the accursed.

ذي رىب -23 يـ ى اى ث ات ىـ ى يىةغي ى ذي كى الن يـ ى اى اىف رىب ثك ي ضي ف يى

(Safety from devils) My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils. And I seek refuge in You my Lord lest they be present with me.

ايى(Protection from mischief & grave) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the trials of women and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave.

اىل -25 ذي إن ي يـ ى ى ا ث يفى دق إث ي كىصي(Protection from Shaytan) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from Iblees (Shaytan) and his army.

26- ي ذي إن اىل يـ ى اى ث جيىة ، و طي ـ و كىطي الد ح يى ى اييىة(Safety in both worlds) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the distress of this world and the distress of the Day of Judgement.

27- ي ىاريىح كىاريىحن اىل لح ى ى ؽ ػال(Total Protection) O Allah! Grant me protection as a new born baby is protected.

(Safety from oppression)

My Lord! Save me and my family from what they do.

(Protection from tyrants)

(Protection from all harm)

I seek refuge in You from inability, laziness, cowardice miserliness, senility,

hard-heartedness, heedlessness deprivation, destitution, disgrace, poverty,

misery and I seek refuge in You from absolute poverty, disbelief rebellion,

iniquity, dissension, hypocrisy, seeking fame and showing off. And I seek

refuge in You from deafness, being mute, insanity, madness, leprosy,

leukederma and from any bad illness.

(Praises, Glorification) Glory be to Allah who is Everlasting, Glory be to Allah who is the Only One and alone, Glory be to Allah who is Alone and Self-Sufficient, Glory be to Allah who raised the sky without any pillar, Glory be to Allah who flattened the earth upon frozen water, Glory be to Allah who created the entire creation and He has enumerated them, Glory be to Allah who distributed sustenance and has never forgotten anyone, Glory be to Allah who has not taken a wife or a son, Glory be to Allah who neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.

O Allah! I seek from You everlasting Iman, guidance which is straight and beneficial knowledge.

(Pure heart & ease) My Lord! Expand for me my chest and make easy for me my task and I seek refuge in You from the whispers of the heart.

(Beneficial knowledge, sustenance, cure)

O Allah! I ask You for beneficial knowledge, abundant provision and cure from

all sicknesses.

6- ي فن اىل ة اجهى ى ذىن ث ىـ ىـ ن كى ة ن ى في هى ة كىزدن حى ن ،ـؽي اى لى لل على

ةؿو كي ذي كى ، ظى يـ ثةلل اى ةؿ اى الجةر ػظى(Beneficial knowledge) O Allah! Benefit me with that which You have taught me, and teach me that which will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge. All praise is due to Allah in every condition, and I seek refuge in Allah from the condition of the people of the Fire.

(Ease) My Lord! Expand for me my chest and make easy for me my task so that they may understand my speech.

(Complete goodness) O Allah! I seek from You the beginning and conclusion of goodness, and it’s comprehensiveness, it’s start and end, it’s external and internal and the high stages of Jannah, Aameen. O Allah! save me from the fire, grant me forgiveness day and night, and a good abode in Jannah, Aameen. O Allah! I seek from You deliverance from the fire with safety, and entry into Jannah peacefully. O Allah! I seek from You the goodness of what I bring and what I will do (in actions), all goodness external and internal and the high stages of Jannah, Aameen. O Allah! I seek from You that You raise my repute and remove my burden, amend my affairs, purify my heart, guard my chastity, light up my grave, forgive my sins and grant me the high stages of Jannah, Aameen. (Comprehensive goodness) O Allah! Cause me to fear You in secret and in public. I ask You to make me true in speech in times of anger and pleasure. I ask You to make me moderate in times of wealth and poverty. And I ask You for everlasting delight and joy that will never cease. I ask You to make me pleased with that which You have decreed and for an easy life after death. I ask You for the sweetness of looking upon Your Face and a longing to meet You in a manner that does not entail a calamity that will bring about harm or a trial that will cause deviation. O Allah! Beautify us with the adornment of faith and make us among those who guide and are rightly guided.

O Allah! Grant me light, in my nerves, in my flesh, in my blood, in my hair, in my

entire body (existence), in my tongue, in my (nafs) inner self and enhance light

for me.

(Deen, livelihood, lifespan) O Allah! Set right my religion which is a guardian of my affairs, set right my worldly affairs in which is my livelihood, and set right my Hereafter which is my place of return. Make life for me an abundance of every good and make death for me a relief from every evil.

(Guidance) Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself Mercy. Indeed, You are The Bestower.

ي -2 ة ػػاىل ي ي زى ـ ةف ىح ػث ى ح اةن ىةكىاصفى ، ال ؽى ذى ي ى ؽح ػم (Guidance) O Allah! Beautify us with the beauty of Iman and make us guides that are rightly guided.

بىة -3 رى ىة ػاىد لجى ىةي ىة ؿ ػكىاكه رى ى لجى إ كي ءو على ؿه ػىىؽي ضى

(Perfect light) Our Lord! Perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You have power over everything.

ي -4 ب ػػاىل ؿ ىى ب خى غى ر ىى يؾى كى ىى يىة اىللي دى فؿنىذ ى ر ثي

(Purification of the heart) O Allah! Purify my heart from (that which is) besides You and light up my heart with the light of Your recognition (O Allah).

(Strong Iman) O Allah! Make me one of those who, if they do good deeds, they rejoice and if they do bad deeds, they seek forgiveness.

(Guidance & piety) O Allah! Guide me to complete guidance, purify me with Taqwa (piety) and forgive me in the herafter and this world.

ي -7 ى إن ػاىل ي ػؽل كىالت ػق اىقةىل ي ةؼى ال هى ن ػكىال كىافى(Guidance, chastity & piety) O Allah! I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity and self- sufficiency.

ن -8 اىل ي ؾن ،ريمؽل اىل ـ اى كى جىهط شى

(Guidance) O Allah! Inspire in me guidance and deliver me from the evils within myself.

(Pious company)

Our Lord! We have believed, so register us among the witnesses. And we aspire that our Lord will admit us [to Paradise] with the righteous people.

(Reformation) Our Lord! Pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims.

(Good qualities) O Allah! Make me revere gratitude to You, increase me in remembrance to You, make me follow Your advice, and make me guard over Your commands.

12- ي ؿى اذذىط اىل ة كى ب مى ؿؾى ىى ىن ، ل ى كىارزي ذى ةخى حى ، غى ىـ ة كىغى ى رىقي ىلن ، ل خى ى كى ثسذىةث

(Obedience) O Allah! Open the ears of my heart for Your rememberance, grant me Your obedience and the obedience of Your prophet. And (grant me) practice upon Your book.

(Noble attributes) O Allah! I seek from You the reward of the thankful, the position of the close companions, companionship of prophets, the belief of the truthful, humility of the pious, submission of those who are convinced, until You grant me death upon it. O the Most Merciful of the Merciful.

(Fulfilment of human right) O Allah! I make a covenant with You against which You would never go. I am a human being and thus for any Muslim whom I harm or whom I scold or upon whom I invoke curse or whom I beat, make this a source of blessing and purification for him and (make it a source of) nearness to You.

(Chastity) O Allah! Protect my private parts (with chastity) and make easy my affairs.

(Opening of heart) O Allah! Open the locks of our hearts with Your rememberance, complete Your bounty upon us. Pour upon us from Your grace and make us from Your pious slaves.

(Piety) O Allah! Make my secret better than my apparent condition and make my apparent condition righteous.

ؽ ء صى الىػلى بن نىضى(Good character) O my Allah! Make me beloved to You, make me humble in my sight, make me great in the sight of people and protect me from bad character.

Our Lord! We have believed in what You revealed and we have followed the messenger, so register us among the witnesses.

(Love of Allah) O Allah! Make Your love dearer to me than myself, my family and cold water.

22- ي ىن اىل ى ارزي ج ت ظي كىظي ن ى في هى ج ح ؾى ظي ؽى ـ(Love of Allah) O Allah! Grant me Your love and the love of those whose love will benefit me by You.

23- ي ن اىل رنا اصفى جي ن صى اصفى رنا ك ي ن مى اصفى ين ف ك خىلينا ف صى ك جينا الجةس اىخيي ى

(Good qualities) O Allah! Make me extremely patient, and make me extremely grateful, and make me small in my own eyes and make me great in the eyes of others.

24- ي خى اىل ق اىظكى ػى يق نىةىظك ػي(Good character) O Allah! You have made my creation perfect, so make my moral characteristics also be the best.

I repent from it (shirk), I disassociate myself from disbelief (kufr and shirk), from lies and all sins, I submit and believe. (And) I say there is none worthy of worship besides Allah

and Muhammad is His messenger.
