主題 環境與安全衛生管理系統 職場之安全危害認知 風險評估及管理

型式 口頭講授結合上課分組實做 著重即學即用與分組口頭報告 各組互相評分及組內組員互相評分 ( 含自評 )

Grading policy

分組學習：分為 14 組，每組 5 人，待加退選後抽籤決定。 上課實做： 15% ( 三次，至少包括工作流程分析、環安衛風險評

估與法規審查 ) 期中考 (30 分鐘 ) ： 50 題選擇，佔 25% 。 期末考 (30 分鐘 ) ： 50 題選擇，佔 25% ， 包括同學報告內

容 (10%) 。 學期報告：佔 30% 。

題目 : 與職場危害管理相關之主題共七題，待分組後抽籤決定。 每組 10 分鐘口頭報告， 5 分鐘 Q&A 。 各組繳交一份 PowerPoint 書面報告。 組內互評，佔 10% 。課後立即 Email 給老師。 各組互評，佔 10% 。課後立即繳交給老師。 老師評分，佔 10% 。

參與分數：依出席率及上課實做之參與程度，佔 5% 。 不調整分數，無補考。
