固定设定点的温度开关双⾦属固定设定点的温度开关，旨在满⾜液压、润滑、传输系统等⽅⾯最不同的、苛刻的温度控制要求。旋转连接器的设计，总可以把Din接头旋转和放置到所要的位置。NTBM温度开关也可以配备⼀个可选的磁铁吸附流体中的含铁杂质。NTBC温度开关可以作为安全发信装置，通过指⽰灯给出最⾼和最低温度报警。他们不能被⽤来检测⼀个电负载，操作⼀个电阻、⼀个风扇等。TB和TBM固定设定点的温度开关被设计成满⾜不同领域中多变和不同的温度控制要求，例如液压和润滑系统、传输设备等。在液压系统中，TB和TBM⽤来检查⼀个中央动⼒站的最⾼⼯作温度，以保障设备的正确⼯作或驱动预热电阻。润滑系统中往往需要散热，因此，有必要通过温控器运⾏换热回路，以监视温度不超过允许的最⼤值。为此⽬的，温控器可以装在中央动⼒站油箱上，通过螺钉拧在排油塞上。TBS-TBF-TBP双⾦属固定设定值的温度开关，设计成⽤来检查系统或机器的最⼩或最⼤温度，以保证其正确的⼯作。这些温度开关N/O或N/C电触头，如果安装在减速器或液压动⼒单元，可以监视最⾼运⾏温度和驱动冷却回路，以保持较低温度。TBS温度开关安装时应保持与所监测液体的紧密接触，并远离强烈的⽓流，以防⽌热扩散对设定温度的影响。

TEMPERATURE SWITCHES WITH FIXED SET-POINT

Bimetallic fixed set-point temperature switches have been designed tosatisfy the most different and demanding requirements of temperaturecontrolling in various applications as hydraulics, lubrication, transmissionsystems and so on. Fixed set-point temperature switches have been designed to meet the mostvarious and different requirements of temperature controlling, as neededin different fields: e.g. hydraulics and lubrication systems, transmissiondevices and so on. In hydraulics TB and TBM can be used to check themaximum working temperature of a central power station to safeguard thecorrect working of equipment or to drive oil preheating resistances. Inlubrication systems there is often a loss of heat, therefore it is necessaryto monitor that temperature does not increase over the maximum valueallowed operating an heat exchange circuit by means of a thermostat. Atthis purpose, the thermostat can be applied directly to the central powerstation tank and screwed on the oil drain plug. Our bimetallic fixed set-point temperature switches, have been designed tocheck either the minimum or maximum temperature in a system ormachine in order to guarantee its correct working.These temperature switches with N/O or N/C electric contacts, if installedon a reducer or an hydraulic power unit, can monitor the maximumoperating temperature and drive a cooling circuit, in order to keep thetemperature low. Temperature switches should be installed always in touchwith the fluid to be monitored and far from strong draughts that couldotherwise cause a loss of heat because of irradiation and, consequently,affect the set-point value.

This new not adjustable thermo switch series, available with va-rious set points can be housed where normally are fixed levelswitches, to check the minimum and maximum temperature in alubrication, refrigeration or hydraulic circuit. TCR bimetallic temperatureswitch is a temperature detection devicewith a built-in power relay controlled by ametallic sensing element.The new TCR model features abimetallic sensor shrouded in a flangemade of OT58 brass. The bimetallic sensoris connected to a power relay placed in astrongplastic housing and embedded inprotective resin.This device is designed to be mounted on tanks or installations which requiretheir fluid temperature to be kept at a given preset value in order to preventequipment damage. This is particularly useful for hydraulic and pneumaticsystems such as heat exchangers.When the preset threshold is reached, the temperature switch causes theautomatic actuation of the cooling or heating systems. It can also be installed onunits which actuate according to the detected temperature value or on industriallines which have processing cycles based on a set temperature scale.Finally, the product can also send overshoot and restore alarm signals.Elettrotec's TCR temperature switch is the cost-effective and time-saving solutioncontributing to a reduction of installation and wiring costs. The temperature switchcan in fact be directly connected to the units to be monitored.
