100 元 1 个消费积分点，积分全方位置换

除特别说明，您每刷卡消费人民币100元即可获得积分1分，美元以学院公布的人民

币结算价格标注。您所积累的消费积分在会员期内有效，累积到相应额度，就可将累

积的积分兑换为您心仪的课程或产品。

>> 出示您身份证和您的会员卡，填写《积分

换领申请表》后，交给工作人员。

>> 拨打学院市场部 0086-21-63112151。>> 告知工作人员您的会员及身份证件号码

及所需要兑换的内容。工作人员核对课

程安排及产品库存情况可行性，并予以

>> 兑换成功后，您需通过微信后台或邮件

方式在《积分换领申请表》上签名认可，

产品分发由上海沙宣美发学院统一安排

发放。邮费由会员到付。

C. 微信兑换

>> 登陆学院微信后台 @VSAacademy，告

知工作人员您的会员和身份证件号码及

所需要兑换的内容。工作人员核对课程

安排及产品库存情况可行性，并予以兑

换。

>> 兑换成功后，您需通过微信后台或邮件

方式在《积分换领申请表》上签名认可，

产品分发由上海沙宣美发学院统一安排

发放。邮费由会员到付。

礼品递送：

>> 礼品递送：会员可以选择在在学院现场

兑换产品或服务；也可选择邮递，成功

接受持卡者申请兑换项目后，一般在3个工作日内通知持卡者，产品或工具的

实物项目均通过送货上门方式送达持卡

者，须由持卡者本人凭身份证件签收，

邮费由会员到付。会员只能选择在上海

沙宣美发学院预留的家庭或者办公地址

作为递送地址。因地址不详、错误、变

更未及时通知或无人收货等原因造成的

延迟送达、未能送达等情况学院恕不负

责。

Exchange is available throughout the year. This Credit Points Exchange Catalog is valid until the next issue. Please visit our website for latest updates and date of validity.

About delivery：>> You can choose to claim the exchange at the

academy. It takes 3 working days for the academy to dispatch your products or tools. You are requested to presenting your ID card to sign for the receipt of the goods. Postage on delivery. Please provide the accurate address for delivery and the academy takes no-responsibility for any late or failure in delivery caused by incomplete or wrong address.

积分不可转让给其他持卡者等第三人，任何转让对上海沙宣美发学院均不产生效力。积

分不能折算现金。未经上海沙宣美发学院同意积分不能用于其它非积分礼品的给付。
