选取被评判对象的因素集与评语集,再确定各层次权重向量,通过第二层模糊关系矩阵进行一级评判,最后进行二级评判,求出最终综合评判向量。取该向量中最大的评判指标所对应的评语集元素作为评判结果,即是对目标毁伤效果评价。

Abstract: The aim of the project is to divide the airport index system through AHP, and to realize evaluating on airport damage effect by using two-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation model. At first, elements and comments aggregation are selected. Then, the second hierarchy fuzzy relation matrix is used to make the first level fuzzy evaluation after each hierarchy power vector is fixed. At last, the final synthesis evaluation vector is achieved through second level fuzzy evaluation. The comment factor corresponding with the maximum figure in the vector is the final evaluation about the airport damage effect.

(解放军理工大学 工程兵工程学院,江苏 南京 210007)摘要:在量化样本光学特征指标并划分伪装效能等级基础上,采用基于遗传算法的神经网络建立伪装效能评估模

型。其步骤包括确定 GA算子及相关参数,初始化网络连接权值和阈值向量,计算各个体适应度函数并将其排序,执行遗传操作,最后用神经网络进行二次训练。将样本光学特征指标量化值作为神经网络输入值,量化后的样本等级作为神经网络教师值进行评估。仿真表明该混合算法收敛速度快,能有效避免局部极值问题。

Abstract: The genetic algorithm neural network model for evaluating camouflage effectiveness is created based on evaluated optical characteristics index values of stylebooks and dividing camouflage effectiveness classification. The steps includes determining GA operators and relevant parameters, initializing weights and thresholds vectors of network, calculating and ranking the fitness values of each individual, executing genetic operation and finally retraining the network. The optical characteristics index values are treated as the input of network, while the camouflage effectiveness classification values are regarded as the output. Simulation result proves that the hybrid algorithm has fast convergence and the partial extremum problem can be effectively avoided.

Abstract: Evaluation of operational efficiency for ground-to-air missile weapon system intercepting the cruise missile, which is carried out by making use of three layers BP neural network. At first, the method acquires the original training sample by the layer analysis method or expert beating a cent. Then, it returns to the sample on turning a processing again. At last, it edits application program of the neural network. The result shows that on the foundation of selecting the index, the BP neural network is reasonable to evaluation of operational efficiency of the weapon system.

Abstract: Phased mission system (PMS) consists of a series of consecutive and non-overlapping period mission phases,which classified with static PMS and dynamic PMS. Based on the concept of PMS, availability and dependability, complex mission reliability model is established, which contains repairable and non-repairable mission. According to scheduling, the complex mission is classified by phase, and phase missions are integrated by transfer probability, while steady availability is used instead of instantaneous availability. Finally the reliability model of complex mission is established.

修正后综合效率指标最大的分配元,指定该分配元状态为射击,并指定与其有转火矛盾的待分配元状态为不射击。然后判断是否有待分配元存在,若存在,再次对所有待分配元的综合效率指标进行修正,反之,则分配结束。

Steps includes: first revise the comprehensive efficiency index of element awaiting assignment , then find out the most allocation element of comprehensive efficiency index after revising, while appoint the assignment element appearance is shooting; as to the element awaiting assignment, which has sparking conflict with the forenamed element, appoint its appearance is fireless. Afterwards, judge whether the element awaiting assignment exist or not, if exist, again to revise the comprehensive efficiency index of the entire allotment element, whereas end the allotment.

based, and the air-defense radar. The space based reconnaissance satellite’s early-warning subsystem contains visual and reconnaissance efficiency model based on radio electronic equipment. The air-based early-warning subsystem’s efficiency model is based on early-warning airplane. And the air-defense radar’s early-warning subsystem can syncretize the early-warning and detection faculty of different type radars into “the radar-body”, which has farther detection distance and stronger early-warning faculty.

战方案评价同异反联系度矩阵。再结合联系度顺势取值法思想确定优化的联系度差异矩阵。然后对差异度的优化取值进行分析,在得到优化的同异反联系度差异矩阵基础上,定义第 k个待评估方案与理想评估方案的总差异。最后对每个决策方案的总差异进行排序,总差异最小者即为最优决策方案。

Abstract: Optimization of mobile deployment program of air defense missile and artillery group adopts set pair analysis. At first, according to the same degree, antagonism degree, the difference uncertainty degree, the evaluation of the program varies with the anti-linked matrix of combat air defense forces is determined, while with re-integrate homeopathy value method, the optimal link difference matrix is achieved. Then, according to the difference among optimal value in the analysis, the optimized contact matrix with different degrees is reached, therefore difference between the k-definition resolution programs and the ideal evaluation programs difference is defined. Finally, the total difference of each program policy is ranked, and the least difference, the best decision.

Abstract: Evaluation model of the air defense operational plan is made by us ing of set pair analysis and AHP. First, the ideal plan is drawn up by creation of the decision-making matrix of plans to be evaluated. Then, the AHP method is adopted to determine the weights of evaluation indexes in order to form the connection matrix of the plan to be evaluated and the ideal plan. Through linear superposition synthesis of the value of each index with its corresponding weight coefficient, the optimal air defense combat plan is chosen and obtained after the plan candidates are sorted by way of degree of identity.

Abstract: Based on wartime ammunition dispatch principle, the current-level ammunition dispatch model without neighbor’s unit support is established. That is, on condition that benefit of ammunition in stock is maximization, instances such as follows are studied: ammunition in stock can or not satisfy application amount of campaign army, and the corresponding mathematical models are presented. If storage level of all kinds of ammunition can satisfy application amount of all units, ammunition in stock could support neighbor’s unit. For the current-level ammunition dispatch, the shipping and delivery cost and time effect are considered mainly.

Abstract: The equipment support data integration model is based on grid and encapsulates different data sources by database integration agent and contacts with application, service register center and different data sources. The database integration agent takes charge of accepting application request and analyzes the request. Then, it finds the information about resource that is suitable for the request. After this, it visits the data source by the united interface and sends the data view described by XML to application. The service register center is used to restore the metadata of different data sources. It provides service for searching suitable data in the service register center. At the same time, it accepts the real-time or periodical register information of different data sources when they are changed.

Finally, it applies message delay technique to improve message transmission.

Abstract: A dynamic separating and intermediate input reconstructing identification method can be used for Hammerstein system with piecewise nonlinearities. That is by introducing the switch function, the linear dynamical part is separated by a simple algebraic operation, then a new linear model can be achieved. Based on the new model, L-delay inverse filter is used to reconstruct the intermediate input between the nonlinear pan and linear pan. Finally, the nonlinear term is identified by polynomial regression procedure using the test input signal and the reconstructed intermediate input . Numerical simulation results show the effectiveness and good performance of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: The feature extraction of ultrasonic liver image is based on spatial grey degree independent matrix, spatial frequency decomposing and fractal feature. Sets of ultrasonic liver images about healthy liver, hepatocirrhosis and liver cancer are successfully classified through two covers layer BP neural network. The first step is to unify the set of features. The second is that the samples of ultrasonic liver images are classified to healthy and morbid liver by the first covered layer. Then the morbid liver sets are farther classified by the second covered layer. At last, the best result is acquired through adjusting the parameters of the NN.

The simulation experiment of the image processing indicates that the improved median filtering algorithm can remove image noise more effectively than the conventional one.

Abstract: Based on Lyapunov stability theory, LÜ chaotic system of two different parameters synchronization is realized by using a self-adaptive control method and through designing an self-adaptive controller and the parametric adaptation laws. Both controller and parametric adaptation laws are derived from the Lyapunov function, which make scalar positive definite function become state and parametric error dynamic equations. Because derivative of the Lyapunov function along error dynamic equation for state error and parameter is negative semi-definite, using Barbalat lemma can guaranty chaotic synchronization. Numerical simulations results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Current Detection for Electricity-Permanent Magnetism Mixed Suspending System Based on Kalman

Abstract: Because the inductance time lagging and late protection or wrong judgment for noise current input in electricity-permanent magnetism mixed suspension system, FPGA hardware detection platform is adopted to design current predictor based on Kalman. Its design process includes ensuring input value, predicating the next current value, designing system based on VHDL. The simulation shows that the system can precisely predict the current value and effectively restrain the noise signal. It is effectively for the current protection reliability of bidirectional current cut-wave equipment.

Carry out power window processing on stimulation signal for improving SNR of frequency call function and testing precision of hammering. Adopts trigger sampling of minus time-delay to capture the complete wallop wave. Carry out index window processing on call signal for solving the leakage which caused by fast attenuation of call signal.

Abstract: The design of a ballistic missile trajectory generator for SINS includes the establishing of dynamics equation and the confirming of trajectory parameter based on the launch inertial coordinates. The latter includes the confirming of velocity, position, attitude angle, the specific force and the angular velocity. For complex characteristics error formulas, the accuracy of its outputs, the specific force and the angular velocity are evaluated by using the method of SINS simulation. The results show that the design is successful.

The drum running-time and reversing-time is possible to suppose the definite-value according to the user. The temperature control uses the first -level fuzzy control rule table, the humidity control uses the second-level of fuzzy control rule table.

每对音频信号表示 1个数字或符号。DSP用软件产生的 2个正弦波叠加在一起后发送,解码时则采用改进 Goertzerl算法,从频域搜索两个正弦波的存在。该 DTMF编码器基于 2个二阶数字正弦波振荡器产生行频和列频,向 DSP装入相应的系数和初始条件。按叠代算法得到正弦序列输出,将 2个输出叠加即可得到双音频的输出。

Application and Digital Oscillator Based on DSPHAO Xiao-jiang, SHI Hai-xia

Abstract: Timer and interruption of TMS320VC5402 can generate Sinusoidal and DTMF signal. A DTMF signal consists of a sum of two tones with frequencies taken from 8 preassigned frequencies. Each pair of such tones represents a unique number or symbol. A pair of sinusoidal signals was generated by DSP chips. Use Goertzel algorithm for decoding of a DTMF signal identifies the two tones in that signal. Based on two second-order digital sinusoidal oscillator which generated two mutually exclusive groups of frequencies, the DTMF encoder input the corresponding coefficient and the initial conditions. The iterative algorithm can be used to obtain sinusoidal sequence. The sum of two sinusoidal sequences is the DTMF signal.

In order to verify the result’s veracity, set the value of infrared camera’s emissivity as the value, which was got from the last step. It could be directly concluded by comparing the infrared image’s temperature with the one that was got by means of non-infrared measuring ways. This measuring technology is simple in the measuring device, succinct in the techniques, and has the precise measuring result.

摘要:导弹训练场区宽频带电磁环境模拟系统,是在训练场区建立近似于实战的复杂电磁环境。基于电子战电台抗电磁干扰原理,在电台天线相同位置平面布置监测设备,调整干扰机发射强度使电台处于受干扰临界状态,监测设备的测试数值即是电台定量抗干扰裕度。试验结果表明没加调制的电磁环境对受试系统的影响与原始区域的情况基本一致,采用抗单频干扰或窄带干扰措施的敏感系统在宽带电磁环境中较容易受干扰。

Abstract: The simulation system of broadband electromagnetic environment in missile training area is to set up a complex electromagnetic environment that is close to actual combat. Based on the interference principle of the broadcast station in EW, the monitoring equipment is laid in the same position of the antenna of the broadcast station, adjusting the jamming intensity of the jammer until the broadcast station is in the interfered critical state. The test data of monitoring equipment is the anti-interference threshold value of the broadcast station. The experiment result indicates that the influence of electromagnetic environment, which had no modulation to SUT, is according with area of originality. It also indicates that the sensitivity system which use the interference method of anti-jamming of monochromatic or narrowband will be easily interfered in Broad Band electromagnetic environment.

Web service receive SOAP message from client, web service calls JAX-RPC system to convert SOAP message into call methods. At last, system converts the result of call method into SOAP message which is received by client.

Abstract: The dynamic electric energy quality problems of electric energy quality in power system includes voltage drop (voltage descending), voltage ascending, harmonic wave, indirect harmonic wave, voltage fluctuation, frequency deviation, unstable three-phase voltage and so on. Its quality compensation can be realized by improving load features, reducing the sensitivity degree of user electric equipments to electric energy quality or adding compensation equipment, and counteracting system disturbance.
