On Sunday morning last Mogeely made the journey to Araglen totry and keep pressure on Brideview on top. Mogeely started thebetter of the two sides playing with the wind in the first half andpinning Araglen in their own half for the opening 15mins. Within20mins Mogeely were in the lead when a corner by Alan Collinswas swung in to the edge of the six yard box was met on the headby Johnny Ronan to give Mogeely the lead. After the goal wasscored Araglen started to get on top and created a few chances butcouldn't score. Mogeely did well to be in the lead at half time. At the start of the second half Mogeely made a change bringing onNoel Early for Jake O' Shea in the middle of the park. Araglenbegan well at the start of the second half playing with the wind butevery high ball was going over the end line for a goal kick. On the65min Mogeely doubled there lead when a ball played through themiddle by Noel Early was missed by the defender for Ethan Hayesto race onto and set up Alan Collins to slot past the defender on theline. To Araglen's credit they never gave up and got one back nearthe end but it was too little 2 late and Mogeely held on for the vic-tory which puts them three points behind Brideview at the top ofthe table.Minute Goal: There was no winning minute this week asBirmingham & Man City drew 0-0Next Fixture: There is no match this weekend due to OscarTraynor Cup duties for the league

On Sunday afternoon last Mogeely played host to a TSDL Premierside in Two Mile Borris in the FAI Junior Cup Round 2. Mogeelyknew this was going to be a very tough match and it proved to beexactly that. Mogeely went into this game having already reachedthe semi finals in the Bolger Cup and are second in the leaguebehind Brideview. The match started brightly for Mogeely, match-ing Borris for every stride. Borris got on top halfway through the1st half creating chances but only from distance thanks toMogeely's defence. With 28mins gone Mogeely won a free kickwhich was taken by Jake O'Shea and he delivered onto JohnnyClifford's head and he scored his first goal of the season with adiving header. Almost from the restart Borris equalised when across was headed in. Mogeely could've went 1 up before half timebut Ethan Hayes lob was tipped wide by the keeper. It stayed 1-1until half time. The second half started with Mogeely more confident on the ball.Borris were controlling most of the possession and Mogeely wereforced to play on the counter attack. Borris had chances but onlyfrom distance and not threatening the keeper. On 57mins Mogeelyhad the ball on the wing with Johnny Ronan and he put a delight-ful ball into the box and Ethan Hayes rose in between keeper anddefender to score and make it 2-1. Borris pushed forward as thegame went on and with 5mins to go they could've drawn level butonly for a great save by Paul Dineen when the striker seemed setto score from 5 yards out. Mogeely hung on to claim victory andgo into the 3rd round draw.We would like to thank everyone for supporting us against TwoMile Borris.

Although here in Ireland our climate is usually fairly mild, thewind and dampness cause a high level of heat loss from ourbuildings. An uninsulated building is an enormous drain onheat, and the heating bills paid on it are essentially moneydown the drain.

Insulation is something which any homeowner cannot afford toignore. Whether your motivations are saving the planet, or sim-ply saving your pocket, there are many important benefits ofhome insulation including reduced heating bills and reducedcarbon emissions.

Two of the main types of home insulation are attic insulationand bonded bead cavity wall insulation. The latter is a processwhereby the cavity space between a building's inner and outerwalls are filled with polystyrene beads, which are injected intothe cavity via small holes.

The Irish Government recently introduced a grant schemetowards home insulation which can cover approximately 50%of the cost of insulating your home (depending on size).Announcing the scheme, the Minister for Communications,Energy and Natural Resources Eamon Ryan explained that thenew measures could lead to heating bill reductions of about€700 per annum for individual households. The applicationprocess is straightforward and the scheme is open to all housesbuilt before 2006. See www.sei.ie for further details or contactyour local grant approved insulation provider, ECOWISEINSULATION directly on 024 20714.

Midleton Squash Club is a hive of activity at the moment. DuringSeptember the club launched a recruitment drive which was highlysuccessful. Many new members joined and some lapsed membershave renewed their interest. At present there is a waiting list , suchwas the success of the recruitment drive, which was spearheaded byClub Chairman, Pat Cronin. The club has also been active in otherways. The courts themselves have been replastered, floors sanded, new lights have been fitted and new heaters installed in readiness forthe approaching competitive season. Dressing rooms have alsoreceived a makeover and overall the club facilities have never lookedbetter. There is a buzz of activity around the club each night and bothcourts are regularly fully booked. Coaching is being organised fornew members and at present the club is preparing for the MunsterDivision 4 League, in which the club has two teams. The club alsohopes to compete in the Division 3 Leagues at a later date. Located inMidleton GAA Club, the club facilities are ideally situated for mostMidleton people but of course many of its members hail from furtherafield. This year the club organised a summer league during themonths of June and July, which proved extremely successful. TheClub Ladder, whereby members can challenge each other, was alsoreorganised. Both the Summer League and the Club Ladder wereorganised by Club Captain , Andre Smit , who has done sterling workbehind the scenes. He has also organised teams for the forthcomingDivision 4 Leagues. Squash is a wonderful game for exercise, fitness, challenge, fun and excitement. It is also a game, which can betimetabled to suit the particular player. All in all then MidletonSquash Club is looking forward to exciting times.

Why do people go to Toastmaster meetings? There is no one reason why people come along to Toastmastermeetings. Some reasons can be quite surprising. Special Occasions: People might come along to prepare for a bigspeaking event, such as a wedding speech or commemorativespeech. While this is a very valid reason to join, it's comparative-ly rare. Very few people come to Toastmasters to make "toasts". Career reasons: More often people join because they have a possi-bility of promotion, where they will need the skills to speak tocommunicate directly to employees or other staff. In many busi-nesses, the ability to construct and deliver a presentation is a keyrequirement for people working at senior levels. Sometimes anindividual is striking out on their own and wants to develop his orher communication skills with potential customers and businesspartners. To this person, Toastmasters can act as a testing groundwhere skills can be practiced and improved in a non-confronta-tional environment. Self-improvement: Public speaking is one of those big challengesthat can be mastered with practice. Many people get nervous ifasked to speak in front of large numbers of people, so the sense ofsatisfaction can be enormous for those who persevere. It's notuncommon to have people join who have significant challengeswhen it comes to speaking in groups: it could be shyness, lack ofconfidence or stammering. In all these cases, the results can bepleasantly surprising, to say the least.Social reasons: Another big reason for joining is to meet new peo-ple. Loneliness can often be a factor. At times, people find thatthey are in something of a rut. Maybe things have gone too routineand new colour needs to be injected into their lives. Or perhapsyou are just a gregarious person, looking to meet other people forsome thought-provoking and entertaining conversation. Self-expression: Frequently, and interestingly, people joinbecause, somehow, they feel they have something to contribute. There is something inside them that wants to get out. We have hadbudding poets, playwrights and comedians in the Midleton club. Itall points to a desire to express oneself. Toastmasters is really goodfor this. For some reason, Toastmasters can sometimes act as aspringboard to other things. This is one of the most gratifyingthings about the club. As I hope I have made clear, there are plenty of reasons why peo-ple go along to a Toastmasters meeting. Maybe it's a career goal, maybe you are a bit bored with things, maybe you want to be seehow far you can push yourself, or maybe you are just curiousabout what it's all about. You can see for yourself, and you wouldbe most welcome. Our next meetings are on Wednesday,November 11th, and Wednesday, November 25th upstairs inMcDaids Pub in Midleton. The meetings last 2 hours and start at8pm. New guests attend for free, so there's another good reason forcoming along! For more information, please contact Colm Ryan on 087 2353889,or check out midletontoastmasters.org.

We then fell behind when we con-ceded three goals in the remainder of the first half and trailed athalftime by 3-04 v 1-04. The second half was quite even for some-time and we eventually took some of our chances and reduced thedeficit to a single goal with less than ten minutes to go. Howeverthey scored a goal and a number of points in the final minutes tohold out for a deserved victory.Whilst it was dissapointing to lose we hope that we can learn fromit and be up for the challenges ahead at Fe16 next year. We wouldlike to wish all the lads and their familyies well over the Xmas peri-od and thank them for their commitment and time throughout theyear. Subs Jake Hegarthy,Billy O Shea, Cian Collins,Killian O Brien and Ian Aher.Fe 11 Hurling East Cork Final Our Fe 11 hurlers travelled to Rostellan on Saturday morning Oct24 last to take part in the East Cork Finals. On the day a very strongwind was blowing straight down the pitch and as a result the oldcliche of "game of two halves" was going to be the order of the day. Our first assignment was a semi final against the hosts Aghada withthe winners playing a Sars selection in the East Cork Final. In thisgame we played into the wind in the first half and after some greatdefending we went into the break 3pts to no score in arrears. A goalfrom a long delivery immediately on the restart had us level at1goal to 3pts and from there we controlled the game finishing win-ners on a score line of 3-7 to 0-3. We then returned to the shelter of

the changing rooms to await the winners of the other semi-finalbetween the 2 Sars teams entered in the competition. On our return to the field we found the wind had grown evenstronger and the final was going to be a tough encounter against anexcellent Sars 15. We played with the wind in the first half andsome brilliant play which saw us dominate the area of the fieldbetween our half back and half forward lines saw us go in at thebreak leading on a score of 3-2 to no score. On the resumption ofthe play the commitment and effort from our lads was tremendousto a man and no one was found wanting. This saw us achieve some-thing not seen in either of the 2 semi-final games when we scoreddespite playing against the wind. 2 goals one early in the half andthe other with 5 minutes to go had the effect of rocking an excellentSars team and despite some heavy pressure we held on to win by 5-2 to 2-2. This was a great win for all the lad's concerned and someof the hooking and blocking shown in the final demonstrated andhighlighted the effort they have put into practising these skills attraining. Our Panel and scorers in both games on the day was:Christopher Power (0-1), Christopher Shanahan, Christian Daly(Cpt) (1-1), Conor Evans, Conor O'Neill, David Mulcahy, DylanCahalane, Eoin Moloney, Garan Manley (1-0), Jordan Roche,Kevin Daly, Kevin Mulcahy(0-1), Liam Franklin, Padraig O'Brien(4-0), Ryan McConville (1-0), Ryan O'Reagan (0-5), Sean O'Leary(1-1), Sean O'Meara, Shane O'Brien. Absent on the day due to Injury and Vacation were Adam Daly, PJFitzgearld and Temitayo Abdullah who all played a big part in theearlier league games to decide who reached the Finals day. Under 10 League Final Lisgoold 2.00 Bride Rovers 5.05What a year it has been for this young bunch, and what a journeythey've enjoyed to this Final. Whilst, on the day, we were secondto a well organised and very mobile Rathcormac side, we are veryproud of the achievements of this team in reaching the first of whatwe hope will be many Finals in the years to come. Coaches Dan Kelleher and Liz Power can be very pleased with theprogress made by their charges throughout the year, which culmi-nated in a great Final performance on Monday . While BankHoliday weekends might be traditionally more suited to travel, tovisits to Garden Centres or to Holloween preparations, the hugecrowd who braved terrible weather conditions of constant drivingrain at Pairc Lios gCul were rewarded with an entertaining and tal-ented encounter. Our opponents were quicker to settle but wereconstantly repelled by the brilliant Sarah Kelleher and RachelMcCann, whilst the industry of Fiona Murphy at centre back, ofSinead O'Brien at midfield and of Orla Fleming up front kept ourforward momentum positive throughout. A disallowed goal just before the break saw us narrowly behind ,by just 1.03 to 1.00 , at half time, with the game anybody's to winat that stage . However, despite the best efforts of Aoibhe Savage,Niamh Power, Allanna Russell and Brittany Devine between theposts , Rovers ran out victors on a day when everyone was a win-ner and , indeed , the game of Ladies Football was once again theoutright winner. Our calendars show winter has arrived, but our running schedulesscarcely indicate a any great slow down of activity. Apart frompossibly those with a marathon behind them, activity if anythingis on the increase. Training on both Mondays and Wednesdays hasseen continued growth with several new members joining our clubin recent weeks. The race scene has also plenty happening, withnext Sunday's 5K in Lisgoold the latest local addition to a busydiary.HSE '4' Mile Race After the heavy rain of the previous 24 hoursthe floods initially looked like threatening last Sunday's HSE '4'Mile Race on the Marina Road Circuit. However, the event didthe green light with over 300 runners on the start line. MidletonAC were well represented on the day and our Midleton News triowere amongst the prize winners in the team section. At present thefull results of the race are not available but these will on the CorkBHAA web site later in the week and we will forward the resultsto all those on our club e mail list later this week.Dublin Marathon As close on 11,000 runners made their wayaround Dublin City on Bank Holiday Monday for the 30th runningof the Marathon weather conditions suggested that summer ratherthan winter was just around the corner. Clear skies, mid morningsunshine, just the lightest of breezes and temperatures in the midteens certainly provided perfect conditions for the record entrywhich included 21 athletes from Midleton AC. Thankfully, all survived the test of stamina with each no doubthaving their own individual tale to tell at the end of the 26.2 miletrek. We had the experienced runners, the first timers and thosewho had to overcome injury to even make it to the start line allwearing the Midleton singlet with distinction, with many of themrecording coveted personal best times. As expected Noel O'Regan justified pre race predictions by turn-ing in a scorching run of 2:47:22. Noel was followed across theline by Neilus Aherne (3:02:17), John Cashman (3:09:32) and ourleading lady Michelle Nolan who had produced a brilliant run(3:12:27 ) to come home 3rd in the Over 35 category overall.Sean O'Sullivan (3:20:30), was next home followed by AdrianWilliams and our second lady Breda Cahill who made a spectacu-lar debut by clocking 3:36:25.Marathon day proved a huge personal triumph for many of ourclub athletes who had suffered injury either earlier in the year orin the build up to the race. Adam Duchnicz and Margaret Barryboth looked on the long term injury list in early summer but bothmade remarkable recoveries from their respective fractures to runthe race in great style. Denis Kelleher running his third marathonin the last few months is another club man also had to beat the painbarrier on more than one occasion, whilst colleague Marc Daltonfollowed up the stamina sapping Cork event by having to over-come injury to complete his maiden journey around the capital. Mary Toher clocked up another successful trip around the streetsof Dublin whilst on the slightly less experienced end of the scaleAnne Marie Parry, Kieran Murphy, Mary Murphy, Vincent O'Neilland debut man Simon Thompson also had excellent outings. It was also very much a special for two husband and wife combi-nations who made it a day of double delight. Danny McCarthytook his Dublin appearances into double figures with anothersteady run whilst his wife Joan chopped several minutes off herpersonal best time. Mary B. Walsh who knew all about what wasahead from previous experience also saw husband Mark make afine debut breaking the 4 hour barrier despite fighting againstinjury in the build up to the race. Before concluding special words of thanks to our club supporterswho made the journey to support their colleagues. The sight of afamiliar face and the sound of a familiar voice were a huge lift atvarious junctures of the course.- Finally in relation to the big race, a word of sincere congratula-tions to our good friend John Walshe (East Cork AC) who wroteanother chapter in his remarkable running story when he becameonly one of 29 runners to compete all 30 editions of the DublinMarathon. Well done John from all at Midleton AC!Looking Ahead - Lisgoold 5K

Time was when that come January it was always off to Lisgooldfor the point to point races. Now there is a reason to go to thesame venue for a race on the roads. The local GAA club inLisgoold are at the heart of organising next Sunday's race which istimed for 11am (changed from original 10am start). There will bea warm welcome for all runners at the local Community Centrewhich will host post race refreshments and the prize giving cere-mony. Word has it that there is a bit of an uphill section early onthe course, but there after reports are very positive. Entry fee forthe event is 10 euro per person. Former Cork City Marathon win-ner Roy Fahy is resident in Lisgoold and has been amongst thoselending some assistance in advance of the inaugural race.3K Series Continues The East Cork 3K Series continues onTuesday November 10. Over 130 runners were present for thestart of this year's series and one would expect numbers could fur-ther grow as the popular winter event progresses. Again startingtime is at 7.30pm and based on that continued high interest in theevent the advice to get there early, get the car parked and maybetake in a few handy laps to warm up. After next week's race therewill be a further two races in the seven race series beforeChristmas.Other Events There are also other races on the immediate calen-dar with a local cross country fixture in East Cork on Sunday weekgiving runners an option of a change of surface. Starting time here is as usual at 11am. The next CorkBHAA race back on Leeside will take the runners to Inniscarra onSunday November 22nd where the Murphy Memorial '4' takesplace., with an 11.30am start. It's not the easiest '4' miler as thereis a bit of hill work involved, but it is run on pretty scenic routeand usually attracts a good gathering from Midleton A.C.Ballycotton '10' - Just a passing word on the Ballycotton '10'. U/15 'A' Hurling Championship ( Final): Kiltha Óg 4-9 Midleton 2-8This was a special day for our club when we won our very first 'A' hurling East Cork title against a fancied Midleton outfit.Killeagh was the venue last Sunday morning with the weatherconditions miserable. Midleton started the livelier and a goalafter three minutes gave them the early initiative. However webegan to get into the game and when Shane Hegarty goaled in thesixth minute we took the lead. We were the better team for therest of the half and further goals by Shane in the fourteenth andtwenty ninth minute to compete his hat trick left us in front at thebreak 3-4 to 1-4. We started the second half on top and got somefine points with the best of them coming from Bill Ahern. Tenminutes into the half Midleton began to get on top and clawedtheir way back into the game and when they goaled the signswere ominous. There was just three points in the game now. NiallMotherway went back to centre back and steadied the ship andwhen Shane got his fourth goal we were on the way. At the finalwhistle we had a seven point victory. There were many great per-formances throughout the field but special mentions for BillAhern at midfield, Niall Motherway at centre forward and laterat centre back and of course Shane Hegarty who tormented theMidleton defence. Well done to team manager Colm Griffin andhis backroom team whose great efforts were well rewarded.Team: Adam Mc Auliffe, Pa Cullinane, Kieran Ahearne, JamesLawton, Paudie Harney, James Mc Carthy, Liam Martin, BillAhern (0-3), Colin Fitzpatrick, Jamie Stack , Niall Motherway(0-1), Billy O'Regan, Michael Kenneally, Shane Hegarty (4-5)and Bill O'Neill. Subs: Colm Beausang, Daniel Mc Grath andGavin Barry. Stephen Mc Carthy and Eoghan O'Donnell wereboth missing on the day due to illness but they had made valu-able contributions earlier in the championship.Social '09 : Tickets are now available for our social so the advice is purchaseearly and avoid disappointment. It's all happening on FridayNovember 20th with Garryvoe the venue. Tickets can be pur-chased from Martin Denny, Liz Ahern and John Whyte.'Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh si'

CLOUGHDUV.................................0-18CASTLEMARTYR............................1-7East Cork champions Castlemartyr's bid for County honours cameto an abrupt end, when they were comprehensively beaten by amuch fresher and slicker Cloughduv outfit in Pairc Ui Rinn lastSunday evening the 25th of October. In truth, the superhuman exertions, that it took to overcome NemoRangers, after nearly 2 and a half hours hurling over the previouscouple of Sunday's, certainly took its toll on the Castlemartyr boysand they looked like a tired team once Cloughduv upped the ante. But when the final whistle blew on this year's championship cam-paign, Castlemartyr can look back proudly on a magnificent year, which gave many talking points and highlights, and made heroesof a special group of players whom were fantastic ambassadors fortheir club.On a perfect day for hurling, Castlemartyr started the brighter ofthe 2 teams. Indeed they were 3 points to 1 ahead after only 6 min-utes through a Brian Smiddy free, a fine Evan O Keeffe point fromout by the sideline and a lovely score from Jimmy Smiddy whenhe caught a fine ball on the edge of the square and coolly slottedover. The story could even have been brighter, had Barry Lawtonspotted Sean Hennessy lurking with intent on the edge of thesquare as he cut in from the sideline, but alas the ball flashedharmlessly across the goal and wide. This was as good as it got for the men in red. Cloughduv took avice like grip in their half back line and midfield, which they didnot relinquish for the rest of the hour. The points flowed freely andthe Castlemartyr defence were under intense pressure. By halftime they were 13 points to 3 to the good and the game was asgood as gone. The Clougduv men were first to every ball andeverything they touched turned to gold. Barra O Tuama to his eter-nal credit tried manfully to beat back the tide and was well assist-ed in the full back line by Rob O Donavan and James Deehan.Dave Fleming too played his part when on the stroke of half timehe saved a certain goal which would really have made a bad situ-ation worse.Castlemartyr needed a storming start to the second half to try andignite their challenge but it was not to be. It took until the 43rdminute before the Reds raised their first white flag of the halfthrough an Evan O Keeffe free, and at this stage they were 15points to 4 behind. To Castlemartyr's credit they never gave up, and finished the lastten minutes with their best hurling of the hour. They added on afurther 1-3 through two Brian Smiddy frees and a goal and a pointfrom Brian Lawton.Overall it was a bridge too far for a gallant Castlemartyr outfit. They were never able to raise their intensity levels of previous per-formances, but we mustn't be selfish. It was a great year.Marvellous days out. Magnificent memories created.Roll on 2010.TEAM: D FLEMING,B O TUAMA,R O DONAVAN,J DEE-HAN,O SMIDDY,B SMIDDY(0-3),A BOWENS,P HORGAN,BLAWTON(1-1),D BOWENS,S HENNESSY,E CLIFFORD(CBOWENS 50mins),J SMIDDY(0-1), B LAWTON, E OKEEFFE(0-2)

Minor Hurlers Lose Out in FinalMidleton 0-13 Blackrock 2-13Our Minor Hurlers played Blackrock in the Premier 1 MinorHurling Final on Saturday last in Pairc Ui Rinn. Midleton hadfirst use of the strong wind and set about building up a substantiallead which one felt would be required in order to hold out in thesecond half. We were reliant on Conor Lehane from frees for mostof the first half. He scored six from six. Paul Haughney con-tributed two from play as well in that first half. We were findingpossession hard to come by and Blackrock were physicallystronger than us in a lot of areas. Blackrock had a goal from playafter twenty minutes and it was the decisive sore of the first half.We led by only a point at half time, 0-08 to 1-04. A huge effort wasgoing to be required in the second half and in fairness to theMidleton lads that is what they produced. Midway through thesecond half the Rockies led by two points, 1-08 to 0-9. It lookedlike the game was slipping away from us but the Magpies pro-duced their best spell and three unanswered points from play hadus a point up. Then we were hit by a second Rockies goal and afterthat we were chasing the game. Blackrock produced their bestspell and added a succession of points to run out six points win-ners in the end. While the result was a disappointment for allinvolved they can take heart from the way they responded aftertheir first round defeat to the Barr's and put in a huge effort toreach the final. This is a young team with only two players over-age for next year so we hope to see them contending for honoursagain next year.Team: Coran Swayne, Leslie Coughlan, Killian Bourke, NiallO'Regan, Patrick White, Finnbarr O'Mahony, Patrick O'Mahony,Philip O'Neill, Ian Kenefick, Paul Haughney, Cormac Walsh,Conor Lehane, Tommy Wallace, Stephen Moore, DanielMorrissey. 1890 Plaque UnveilingOn Saturday next, October 31st a plaque will be unveiled in theClub house at Clonmult Memorial Park to commemorate the AllIreland Football winning team of 1890. Midleton representedCork that year and it marked Corks first All Ireland SeniorFootball title. The plaque unveiling is part of Cork County Boardsactivities to mark the 125th anniversary of the founding of theGAA. Relatives of the players involved have been invited toattend, as have local dignitaries and GAA officials. Club membersand their families are also most welcome. For the record the Midleton team which beat Wexford's Blues andWhites in the final was.J. Power (capt.), P.D. Moore, J. Leahy, R. Kelleher, M. Castlelyons got off to a great start and were 7 points aheadmid way through the first half. However, a goal from ElliotMulcahy started a Midleton revival and they were just two pointsin arrears at half time. The second half was a very keenly contest-ed affair with the lead switching a number of times. However,Midleton couldn't impose themselves on the game and were apoint down when the final whistle blew. C. Swyne, P. O'Farrell, N. O'Regan, A. Stanton, J. Murray, K.Kennedy, L. Coughlan, I. Although missingmany regulars, this was one of the most accomplished perform-ances by any Midleton juvenile football team all year. Everymember of the team put in an heroic performance and if a shot atgoal in the final seconds had trickled into the net instead of goingnarrowly wide, the visitors would have won the game; unfortu-nately, it was not to be.The first half was very tight and scores were difficult to come by.The sides were level at half time on 1 - 3 apiece. Early in the sec-ond half, Eire Og threatened to run away with the game , scoringtwo goals two minutes apart in the 11th and 13th minutes. A fur-ther goal five minutes later, together with a couple of points, leftthem leading by three goals. However, this Midleton team wouldnot die. Showing an enormous degree of courage and heart, theyfought back with three goals in the 19th, 20th and 26th minutes. However, the final whistle came too soon and the game finishedon a score of Midleton 4 - 5 to Eire Og's 4 - 7.B.
