The nose exhibits aromas of stone fruits, lily of the valley, lanolin, Asian pear, and a hint of pomelo. On the palate, it has intense flavors of guava, gooseberry, lemon curd, and chamomile tea. The palate has a terrific balance between fresh acidity, soft minerality, body, and length. This is a seamless wine with the complexity and texture to be enjoyed alone or pair beautifully with food.
