المعلمة/ المعلمقراءة محتوى االمتحان جيدا وفي حال وجود أي استفسار على الطالب مراجعة -1

.الحضور في الوقت المحدد للمدرسة، فلن يُعطى الطالب وقتا إضافيا إذا تأخر في الحضور لالمتحان -2

.يعاد االمتحان في حال غياب الطالب إال بعذر طبي موثق لن -3

Dear parents, As we are approaching the end of the 1st quarter, it’s our pleasure to send you this letter including the most important notes needed:

First quarter Exams, Grades 1-4

1. First quarter exams will start Oct. 21st till Oct. 28th. 2. Please review the Homework schedule to find the exams content. 3. The exam days are a regular school days for all students, it’s NOT allowed to take permission to

leave early.

Instructions to be followed during the exams: 1- Students should read the exam questions carefully, for any inquires please ask the teacher. 2- Students should attend school on time. No extra time will be given, if they are late. 3- In case of absent students Exam will not be given except for those who have acceptable Medical

Reports.

Make up exams On Monday 29/10/2018 a makeup exam will be held for students with the acceptable medical excuse on the date of their absence. No makeup exams will be given after that day.

Tuesday, November 20th, 2018

First: First Quarter Report Cards 1. RBS will distribute report cards to all students on Tuesday; Report cards will NOT be distributed

to students whose fees are not up to date before20/11/2018, and students will be dismissed at 11:30am.

2. If the installment has been paid after Nov. 19th, the report cards will be received from Finance Department.

Second: PC Our first parent’s conference will be held on Tuesday 20/11/2018, from 04:00pm to 08:00pm.

Additional Information

School fees:

First installment should have been paid on 1/9/2018 (To spare students any kind of embarrassment, please make sure to pay the first installment before the date of distributing the Report Cards).

Students Affairs: Please update your data and submit your amended students’ data (phone number – Civil ID – Passport – Address).

Medical file: Please submit your health file to the school nurse before Sunday 28/10/2018 in order to complete registration procedures in the private section of education. Please submit the student medical form as soon as possible.
