DDP 에 최신의 Link-State entry 정보가 있다면 인접 router 에게 LSR packet 전송 LSR 을 받은 인접 라우터는 LSU packet 으로 응답
Full : 인접 router 들과 synchronization 완료 router 는 traffic 을 routing 하기전에 ‘ Full state’ 에 있어야만 함 각 router 는 ‘ Adjacent Database’ 라는 인접한 router 들의 리스트를 관리
