关于 “ depression” ( 抑郁症 )
1982 年在全国 12 个地区开展了流行病学调查,结果情感障碍的总患病率为 0.76% 。;而在 15~59 岁人口中,抑郁性神经症患病率为 3.11% ,多起病于青少年期,成年患者女性多于男性。 抑郁症的发病率很高,但现在对它的发病原因仍不十分清楚,可能与社会心理因素、遗传、人体的生化变化及神经内分泌等有关。其中,遗传因素很重要,研究表明:家族中有患病者的人群发病率是一般人群的 10 - 30 倍
