รายงานเชิงลึก:ข้อมูลตลาดโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ในประเทศฟิลิปปินส ์

ปัจจุบันมีการประเมินจ านวนประชากรประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ประมาณ 100 ล้านคน เป็นคนในเขตเมืองมะนิลาประมาณ 12 ล้านคน ตามสถิติข้อมูลในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์จากเดือนกันยายนปี 2556 ประมาณจ านวนการลงทะเบียนใช้เบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือท่ี 108.6 ล้านเบอร์หรือมากกว่าจ านวนประชากรจริง ซึ่งคิดประเมินเป็นจ านวนการเจาะตลาดการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือต่อจ านวนประชากรท่ีประมาณ 120 %

โดยมีคณะกรรมการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติฟิลิปปินส์หรือ National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) เป็นผู้ก ากับควบคุมและดูแลการจัดการการโทรคมนาคมในประเทศ
