1 南投縣國姓鄉北山國民小學 102 學年度校務實施計畫 壹、實施目標: 一、依據我國國民教育宗旨,認清每位學生都能學習,提昇學生適應未來的關鍵能力。 二、貫徹教育政令,厲行行政革新工作,推行新校園文化運動。 三、恢宏師道尊嚴,鼓勵教師發揮專長,貢獻智慧和心力,締造教育新形象。 四、落實教學正常化,革新教學方法,充實 E 化設備,發展兒童多元智能。 五、推動校園倫理,民主法治及生活教育,發揮教育愛心,創造學校本位特色課程。 六、建構永續健康校園生活,注重綠美化工作,建立無障礙的學習環境。 七、形塑友善校園環境,重視輔導教育活動,建立學生正確價值觀,培養獨立思考判斷的 能力。 八、強化教學專業發展,鼓勵教師進修、研究,重視潛在課程,促使教育與生活融合。 貳、行政方面: 一、發揚人文精神提昇教育品質,落實國民教育發展措施。 二、配合行政組織,貫徹分層負責,力求人盡其才,提高行政效率並全力支援教學。 三、詳擬各項工作計畫,積極執行並適予考核。 四、建立多元溝通管道,鼓勵同仁積極參與校務推展工作。 五、建立專業化、制度化及人性化之教育行政體系,有效支援教學活動。 六、加強獎勵措施,協助教師解決困難,營造健康、理想、友善的教育環境。 七、力行四大公開,期使校務透明化,並鼓勵家長積極參與校務發展。 八、建立自治、自重的人事管理及增權賦能的行政領導。 參、教務方面: 一、推行適性化教學: 按照課程標準及上級教育主管機關相關規定編排日課表,並按照日課表上課。 定期檢討教學進度,強化教學輔導,禁止教師校內外不當補習。 充實教學設備,善用教學媒體,鼓勵教師樂於使用多元化教學素材,使兒童獲得正確的 概念,加深印象進而培養創造思考能力。 落實教學環境佈置,配合單元目標,由師生共同搜集、製作及揭示,並隨教學進度更換。 不受教室及教科書限制,配合教材需要,利用校園、社區等室外環境與資源,擴展學生 學習領域,發揮小校小班教學精神。 實施專長教學、合作教學及創意化教學,徹底落實教師專業化精神。 二、落實多元評量與教學評鑑: 對於學習評量,教師應指導學生自我督促,避免齊頭式平等。 命題應減少記憶性題目,而以概念為中心,培養學生理解、應用、批判性思考的能力。 著重多元評量,評量方式多樣化、重視學生多元智能。 三、發展兒童閱讀活動: 加強閱讀活動之教學,提高讀、說、寫作能力。 妥善規畫圖書室使用及借閱辦法,培養兒童閱讀興趣,營造書香校園。 定期舉辦獎勵閱讀延伸活動,激勵兒童成果發展,為校爭光。 四、鼓勵教師研究進修: 定期舉辦校內教學觀摩會,切磋研討教學心得。
