TASMO-HDは、免震構造と制j振構造を組み合わせた構造システム。免震

構造により、建物への地震動の入力をおさえるとともに、竪柱聞の境界梁

(LOYAL梁)にて地震エネルギーを吸収し、地震時の建物の揺れを大幅に

抑えます。さらに、加速度計やひずみ計で床や梁をモニ空リンクすることで、

建物全体の健全性を常に把握します。なお、本建物は高さが60mを超える

超高層建物であるため、性能評価機関にて性能評価を取得した後、

国土交通大臣の認定を受けており、高い耐震性を有しています。また、

TASMO-HD構造は、免震構造によって地震の影響を低減しつつ、免震

装置から上部の制振構造によっても地震エネルギ を吸収するため、

長周期・長時間地震動に対しても有効な構造システムです。関東平野に

長周期・長時間地震動を生じさせると予想されている東海地震動に対し、

その模擬地震動を作成して地震シミュレーションを行い、構造安全性を

縫認しています。
