    Hi miguel,

    I think it should be obvious that I like to study

    many different types of training. It's interesting

    to see how they are alike AND how they may differ

    from what I already know about it.

    And, if nothing else, its always good to step outside

    the box a bit too, theres plenty of good ideas out

    there that you may not have realied.

    Anyhow, re!ently I ran a!ross "# $rules$ of Indian

    physi!al training as written by the resear!her %.&.

    a lot farther than that, probably a few thousand years,

    but regardless, they still make a lot of sense these

    days.

    1. egulate your exer!ise regimen by either !ounting the

    number of repetitions, or timing the duration of your

    exer!ise. nly in this way will your body develop at a

    regular and !onsistent pa!e.

    2. Do not fall into the pra!ti!e of exer!ising at irregular

    intervals. 3xer!ise the same time ea!h day.

    4. ne should breathe deeply and steadily while exer!ise.

    3a!h exer!ise should be done to the rhythm of a single

    breath. ne should only breathe through the nose.

    ). ub oil on your body before exer!ising to prevent

    rapid !ooling.

    5. 6o!us your mind on ea!h exer!ise. If your mind

    wanders you will nor develop strength.

    (. Do not sit down after exer!ising. 7alk around to

    keep warm and loose.

    milk or some other toni! after exer!ising. +his will

    help to fo!us your mind and relax your body.

    o, there you go, some of that is very pra!ti!al, some

    not so mu!h so, either way, its up to you to take from

    that what you will and apply it as needed.
