I am honored to welcome you all to the 12th World Congress of WAPR in Seoul 2015.

In the history of WAPR, this will be the first world congress of WAPR in East Asia Nov 2-5, 2015. During the last decade, we have witnessed enormous development of psychosocial rehabilitation and community mental health in this region but not so many things were heard in other part of the world. So this world congress will be the good playground to exchange knowledge, experience of psychosocial rehabilitation practices between mental health professionals, consumers, and related people from East and West. The main theme of Seoul World Congress will be “Beyond the Tradition, Create New Paradigm of Care”

I hope you come to Seoul to enjoy not only various topic of the congress, but also rising new culture of Korea here in Seoul.

I am honored to welcome you all to the 12th World Congress of WAPR in Seoul 2015.

In the history of WAPR, this will be the first world congress of WAPR in East Asia Nov 2-5, 2015. During the last decade, we have witnessed enormous development of psychosocial rehabilitation and community mental health in this region but not so many things were heard in other part of the world. So this world congress will be the good playground to exchange knowledge, experience of psychosocial rehabilitation practices between mental health professionals, consumers, and related people from East and West. The main theme of Seoul World Congress will be “Beyond the Tradition, Create New Paradigm of Care”

I hope you come to Seoul to enjoy not only various topic of the congress, but also rising new culture of Korea here in Seoul.
