Truck Dock Area: 205’ truck court depth with twenty-two (22) trailer parks and an additional twenty-nine (29) trailer parks along the outer edge of truck court. Nine inch (9”) reinforced concrete at truck drives, dock apron & trailer dolly pads extend 140' from face of building. Continuous canopy above truck dock doors.
