As an LCP, I hope we can make this place become more stable and promising. I believe knowledge is the key to achieve it! Actually, not knowledge itself, but the attitude of chasing knowledge. So, establishing learning organization in AIESEC NCCU is one of the big focus in yearly direction. Steering team is one of the strategies.

jLCP會在外部上課前，先幫⼤大家在前⼀一次活動中預習該主題，讓⼤大家對該主題有⼀一定的掌握度。 例如：下⼀一次會由外部上策略⾏行銷，那這⼀一次LCP會幫⼤大家上⼀一個⼩小時的session在⾏行銷知識上⾯面。

讓你把這些知識實際運用在部門運作上面，導師(暫定，需根據各個導師狀況)和LCP會

一同成為你的Consultant和Coaching，讓你真正的讓知識運用。並會在課程當中設計

Follow up action給你們去實作。
